Our 2-bed holiday home is situated within the tranquil Southerness Holiday Village, offering a friendly and safe environment. Guests can enjoy complimentary private parking directly outside the holiday home. Within the village, you'll find convenient amenities, including shops and eateries, all within walking distance.

Our property is conveniently located just a 25-minute drive from Dumfries, providing easy access to the town's attractions and services.

For nature enthusiasts, the Mersehead Nature Reserve is approximately 3.9 miles away, offering a chance to explore local wildlife and scenic landscapes.

Additionally, the historic Sweetheart Abbey in New Abbey is about a 20-minute drive from our location, perfect for a cultural day trip.

There is a frequent bus service running from Dumfries Town Centre to Southerness, directly outside the entrance to Parkdean Holiday Park.
