Located 150m from the beaches of Scinà and walking distance from the nearest restaurant, Villa La Sila offers a great holiday location. Close by you can also visit Palmi, Scilla, the Aspromonte National Park, Bagnara and Reggio Calabria, all no more than 50 kilometres away and from the Touristic Marina of Palmi (3 km away); it is possible to get the boats for daily trips to Aeolian Islands (Panarea, Lipari, Stromboli, Vulcano, etc).

The villa is a detached house and develops over two floors.

On the ground floor we have a living room with satellite TV, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one separate bathroom with bath tub.

On the first floor we have a second living room with satellite TV, a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, espresso machine, toaster), two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with tub and one bathroom with shower. On this level, there is also a terrace.

Outside, the villa is fully fenced and offers a spacious garden with lawn and palm trees, a private swimming pool (12x6m) overlooked by a large furnished terrace and covered loggia. The spacious patio has a barbecue and seating for twelve.
