Located East of Mount Etna and only a few minutes’ drive from Taormina and the sea, this stunning private villa is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing holiday or even a workcation not too far from the beautiful sights of Sicily. With a private swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden with spacious terraces, you cannot ask for a more perfect location for your next holiday.

Within easy driving distance you can reach the beaches of Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, Etna Amusement Park, the stunning Alcantara gorges, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Catania and Syracuse.

The villa develops over 350 sq.m, and is composed of a main house developing over two floors, and a newly added annex (2022).

MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor we find the first large living area with seamless floor to ceiling windows, furnished in a modern style with sofa, TV area, fireplace, dining room and kitchen. We also have one bathroom with shower, laundry area, one double bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and en-suite shower, two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and the sauna area.

The first floor is accessed from the outside only and there we find a second large living room overlooking the pool area, dining area and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom and one separate bathroom with toilet and sink only.

ANNEX
Here, we find one level with a small living room and open plan kitchenette, two double bedrooms with bathrooms with shower. There is also a patio with pergola.
PLEASE NOTE: the 2 bedrooms in the annex have access from the outside only and are not communicating with each other.

Outside, the property offers expansive green gardens with a very large private swimming pool (measuring 21 x 8m and 0.8 -1.8m deep; open all year round) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. At the far end of the pool, you'll find a shady gazebo equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco meals and a luxurious jacuzzi hot tub (measuring 2.2 x 3.2 meters and 1 m deep), heated to 28°C and available for use all year round. Additionally, there's a lounge area furnished with comfortable outdoor seating for relaxation and leisure and, on the first floor we find a terrace also equipped with sun chairs and more seating.

At the far end of the swimming pool, we have a gazebo with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a jacuzzi hot tub (2.2 x 3.2m; 1m deep; heated to 28°C; open all year round) as well as a lounge area with comfortable outdoor seating. On the first floor we find a large terrace also equipped with sun chairs and more seating.
