As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen. The ground floor offers a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and direct access to the outside terrace. This outdoor area is a paradise in itself: a spacious terrace with a heated pool invites you to soak in and relax. The barbecue area awaits you to enjoy delicious grills, while the al fresco dining table is ideal for sharing memorable moments outdoors.

In addition, the terrace has six comfortable sun loungers that invite you to sunbathe and a Balinese bed for moments of total relaxation under the warm Lanzarote sun.

Excellent Villa and Staff Communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. All the amenities were excellent. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils etc. The bedrooms were all spacious, tidy and well maintained, as was the rest of the villa. We needed an early check in, due to needing to store medical equipment in a fridge, and this was accommodated with no issues, which was greatly appreciated. We were also left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a birthday whilst there, a lovely little touch which was above and beyond what is expected. We would recommend this villa, and the company, to anyone. Thank you very much.

A perfect week in Sea La Vie

My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Sea La Vie. The entire holiday was perfect from start to finish. Check in was seamless, the property was clean and presented to an exemplary standard, the views across PDC from the upstairs terrace were stunning, the pool was clean, warm and well maintained. We also got a late check out and no extra cost! We have already booked to return next year. Highly recommend!

Seven of us visited, age range 16-55 and everyone enjoyed the accommodation and location. Lots to do in the area. Staff helpful and organised a transfer for my son for early hours. Excellent experience and will go back.

Beunavilla staff excellent service, very responsive. Villa was lovely although photos suggest pool is bigger than it is however kids still had fun in the pool. Location is great close to amenities. The villa is a good size. We were a party of 7 and plenty room. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms but not livingroom or kitchen area.

lovely modern villa in a quiet location, only 10 mins walk from main strip. Well equipped and secure home, having a hire car is beneficial but not a necessity. Only complaint would be that it's maybe' slightly.

Birthday trip

I had booked this villa for my family to celebrate my big birthday and we were not disappointed. The villa was as expected and accurately portrayed in the photos. There were 7 adults and a one year old and plenty of room for us all. With one main bathroom, 2 en-suites and a cloakroom toilet there was never a problem when it came to getting ready to go out. Bedrooms were a decent size and plenty room to store/hang clothes. We enjoyed the outside space with enough sun beds and Bali bed for everyone. The outside dining space was great and we made good use of it having meals al fresco and a bbq one night. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery with lots spare and having a dishwasher was a bonus. The welcome pack was well stocked and a great help for the start of our holiday. Location wise, it was well under 10 mins to walk to the beach and a taxi home was 3 euros 50. Situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the resort but not far from everything. We will definitely return and have already recommended it to others.

Fantastisch huis!!!

Het is een mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Niets ontbreekt, behalve misschien een airco in de woonkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben wel een airco, dus dat is top. Supermarkt dichtbij, alle winkels en restaurants dichtbij. Er is gewoon niets op aan te merken. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad!!!
