The Apartment is located in a building close to the beach and has these rooms: large living room with sofa, dining table. Kitchen equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Bathroom with large shower. Bedroom with double bed. Sunny terrace facing Northwest (afternoon sun). The living room window can be opened leaving views of an open area.
Individual and closed parking in the basement of the building itself (ask about availability and access control). The maximum permissible vehicle height is 180 cm.

Common Areas: The building has a access to the beach, as well as a community pool. In the pool area there are toilets and an outdoor shower for guest use. These facilities are surrounded by grass, with umbrellas and some chairs.
