Villa Es Contés is located in a quiet area in the interior of Mallorca, between the small town of Calonge and the lively coastal town of Cala D'Or. The chalet is built in Mediterranean style and offers a wonderful atmosphere of well-being in which you can enjoy your holidays in Mallorca.

The interior of Villa Es Contés is especially cozy: here, the classic and rustic Mediterranean style is combined with a refreshing and sober color palette that creates a harmonious atmosphere. If you think that due to the weather you cannot spend time outdoors, we are sure that you will spend many wonderful hours inside this villa. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living-dining room with access to the garden, a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances and complete kitchenware, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that share a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there is a bright living room with wooden beams that gives it a cozy touch with access to a terrace from which opens views of the pool area and unobstructed views of the countryside and the sea, the other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), as well as another bathroom with a shower.

Villa Es Contés is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite television, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook comfortably, sheets and towels, etc.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: a large pool (10m x 5m and 1,10m - 1,80m deep) surrounded by a terrace and beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees, cypresses, olive trees, plane trees that give it depth and picturesque density. Here you can relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas or a Balinese bed, having a drink or a snack and enjoying the tranquility and peace of the countryside and the relaxing views. The villa has a ping pong table for fun games.

In addition, there is a covered terrace with a dining table and a comfortable lounge where you can spend time in the hottest hours.

For barbecue lovers we have a special extra: a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a ceramic hob, a gas stove, a sink, a refrigerator and a large table to enjoy meals with family and friends. Also, you will have a ping pong table for entertainment and an outdoor bathroom with shower for more comfort.

The nearest supermarket is 4.6 km away and a small selection of restaurants can be found within 1.8 km or a 4-minute drive. The center of Cala d'Or where you can experience the vibrant Spanish town life with bars, restaurants, a stylish marina and many small beaches. You can also quickly reach other quieter bays, such as Cala Mitjana and Cala Mondrago. The closest larger towns to Cala d'Or are Santanyí (10 km) and S'Horta (3 km). There is also the nature reserve "Parc natural de Mondrago", where you can go hiking and admire the rare orchids and more than 70 different species of birds.
