Ana- Superbly Renovated with Heated Private Pool

This beautifully renovated single-storey villa is located in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro, in the heart of the Algarve, within easy walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and lively bars. The villa offers two spacious bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, and has been tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard. The master bedroom with king size bed and twin bedroom has zip and link beds making it possible to be a super king size.

The open plan layout creates a bright and airy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Modern comforts include air conditioning, electric shutters, a wood-burning fire for the cooler months, and underfloor heating in the master bathroom.



Outside, the private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor sofa area, perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine. A stylish outdoor seating area with a retractable sun shade offers the ideal space for al fresco dining, complete with a built-in barbecue for relaxed evenings with family or friends.



The villa is ideally situated just a ten-minute drive from the stunning Benagil caves, with several renowned golf courses nearby for enthusiasts. Local vineyards offer wine tasting experiences, while nearby water parks provide fantastic entertainment for children. This villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing and well-rounded stay in one of Portugal’s most picturesque coastal towns.

Excellente prestation. Maison de très bon standing avec piscine chauffée en supplément, ménage avec changement de linge de bain, jardinier et pisciniste. Literie correcte sauf lit double trop ferme. Odeur d'égout dans une des salles de bains. Manque une seule chose en cuisine : une essoreuse à salade. Petits défauts qui ne gênent en rien pour passer un très bon séjour. Excellente communication et organisation du loueur.

This is the seventh year we have returned to Casa Ana and once again we've had the most wonderful holiday. The villa has been further upgraded this year with a new kitchen and appliances and as in previous years is offered fresh and immaculately clean throughout. Home away from home

Very well appointed and clean villa with all the comforts to make you feel at home. We loved the swimming pool area and spacious living and kitchen areas, which were great to relax and enjoy our family meals during our holidays. The weekly cleaning service was very much appreciated and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing comes to mind. The agency management team promptly addressed any concerns or needs we had during our stay.

We stayed at Casa Ana for over 3 weeks & had a great time. We have stayed there several times now & it never disappoints. Truly lovely relaxing place. It would be nice if the gardener & the pool man just rang the doorbell before they entered the garden to let you know they are there.

Villa is superbly maintained, recent updates to the kitchen and swimming pool are smart. Electric shutters and awning are excellent. Overall, a very good security setup for the property. Good BBQ. Great location regardless of whether you have a car or not. The new stools in the kitchen perhaps a little too high. An ice bucket for fizz would be awesome ) Ability to lock the courtyard area gate for added security would be good perhaps.

Visited with family including two children and found the villa had everything we needed. The weather was unseasonably cold and wet/windy so we were pleased the villa had heating including every room, plus underfloor heating in the main bathroom and heated radiators in both bathrooms. The villa comes with heated pool (extra charge) and is a must in spring. The kids loved it! The previous occupants left some unopened food and drink items which was much appreciated after a late flight, however there is an Intermarche not far from the villa and easy to access via Uber. We found two restaurants we loved in the town which are walkable - Restaurante Monte de Mar (10 min walk away - gentle hill) and our favourite meal of the holiday, and Levels which is a nice cocktail/tapas bar on the beach. Carvoeiro was an easy walk into town and a steep climb back but fine for those of average fitness. Nice towns we recommend visiting is Silves and Ferragudo/Portimao.

Staying at Casa Ana with two small children was a serious investment for us. Our stay was truly fantastic. The house is spotless, cosy, quiet and very well situated. Stunning coastline, beaches, shops, restaurants,...all nearby. We paid extra for heating the pool. That was a great decision. The entire family loved it. The staff is always standby and extremely helpful. If you're looking for a zero-compromise place to stay while you explore the Algarve, this is it.

We had a really pleasant stay in the villa. The place was very clean and the welcome pack was a lovely addition. The location is fabulous with lots of local restaurants. The heated pool was great especially with the bad weather we had. It kept the children entertained for hours. The WiFi was a little intermittent and the kitchen is a little tired but aside from that everything was spot on.

we felt right at home in the house. All available, clean and as described. The kids loved the pool even though the weather was a little cooler. Great location. Carvoeiro with lots of little shops and lots of restaurants is easy to reach, walkingdriving. There are several large supermarkets close by. Good base to discover the Algarve.

Stylish villa In Walking Distance Of Carvoeiro Reservation ID #HA-DQFFX6 This is a lovely private Villa with all you need for a great stay. The pool is fab and the pool heating is definitely worth it in out of season months. The location is spot on about 10 mins walk to resort with all bars and restaurants. the walk does involve a steep hill we use to walk down and grab a taxi back which were about 4 euros. This was our second visit to this villa and we have already booked for next year as enjoy it so much.

Everything was absolutely perfect. What a fabulous house. Fab interior and fab outside space. Elite rentals were amazing to deal with and went above and beyond for us. Our family came to visit us and couldn't get over how nice this place was. It was so clean and tidy and bright and airy. Will definitely return! Everything was absolutely perfect
