The flat is on the fourth floor, with lift, of an exceptional Grade 2 listed 1920s mansion block in a peaceful setting in Putney, SW London. Guests also benefit from the use of an on-site gym and li-brary.
The current owner has used flair and imagination to create a bright and beautiful interior space in this prestigious block.
The flat is situated between Putney and Southfields. East Putney or Southfields underground stations on the District line are about 15 minutes walk away. This line gives direct access to sought-after areas like Wimbledon, Fulham, Earl’s Court, South Kensington and Sloane Square. Additionally there is a network of local bus routes.
