This double-fronted Victorian house in Balham is both spacious and welcoming, with characterful touches throughout and a layout designed for easy family living.
The five-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests â eight adults and two children â across three levels. The top floor includes a king-size room, a double bedroom and a twin room, all sharing a contemporary wet room. On the middle floor, the super-king master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, and thereâs a childâs bedroom with bunk beds (top bunk suitable for children aged 6+), served by a generous family bathroom.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, combining a front reception room with two leather sofas and TV, a stylish galley kitchen, and a bright dining area that opens directly onto a sunny, lawned garden â perfect for family meals or relaxing outdoors.
The kitchen is well-stocked for self-catering, while Balhamâs buzzing restaurant and cafĂ© scene is right on your doorstep. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement for guest use.

Set in a peaceful residential street just minutes from Balhamâs shops, cafes and transport connections, this home has everything for a convenient South London stay. Balham station (Northern Line and Overground) is only five minutes away, offering direct links to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Waterloo, and the West End.
Tooting Bec, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common are all within walking distance, offering ample green space and family-friendly amenities. Balham is popular for its independent coffee shops, brunch spots like Milk, and gastro pubs including The Regent and The Cyclist. Local favourites like The Bedford Arms offer live comedy and music nights.
