The tiny village of San Cerbone lies along the road which connects Lucca to Pisa and is popular for its old monastery located on top of a hill with wonderful views of Lucca and its surroundings.
Villa San Cerbone with its extensive lands (about 1 hectare) covered by olive trees, a fabulous in-ground, illuminated pool (size 19 x 8/ depth 1,10m – 2,20m) equipped with sun-lounges, sun-umbrella, barbecue and external shower, its quiet and peaceful location will be just the perfect spot for your holidays.
A 5.000 sqm sized and completely fenced garden encloses the villa which was completely restored and divided into two rental units which share the use of the pool. Each apartment has its own entrance and a private outdoor area for dining al fresco. The property has also a utility room with washing machine, sink and iron for the communal use of both apartment.

Two flight of stairs (20 steps) lead to the 1st floor. The interiors of the apartment consist of: a corridor, kitchen with table and chairs, oven, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, stove (4 burners). From the kitchen, exit door onto a balcony with beautiful views onto Lucca and its countryside.
