On nice days breath taking views till Volterra, excursions to Volterra, Pisa, etc. Complete comfort – SAT-TV, WIFI (included), all windows with mosquito bars, the nearby village of Buti with all you need Covered panoramic terrace (8 sqm) equipped with table and chairs, covered outdoor area with traditional brick barbeque, wood burning oven and basin. Perfect home for families with children and guests travelling with pets: Ideal for families – the swimming pool is fenced, a baby bed, highchair, a baby tub and baby carriage are at the guests ‘disposal. Day trips:
On request (and on payment) guided mountain bike or road biketours in the surroundings, Monte Serra, Volterra … with ex Italian champion. Day trips to the art cities of Tuscany (Florence 74 km), Lucca (20 km), Pisa (28 km, Siena or to the coast (Marina di Pisa 40 km). The village of Buti is within 1,5 km – you will find groceries, restaurants etc. You will love Podere San Martino and you will come back!
Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining table, huge fire-place with couch, SAT-TV, terrific views, exit onto a covered terrace with table and chairs. 1 bathroom with WC, basin, staircase to the lower floor (also ground floor, as grounds are set in terraces) 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, utility room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 walk-through room (cannot be closed) with 1 double bed settee, exit onto the garden, 1 twin bedroom with cupboard, access to 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet – direct access from the swimming pool to this bathroom, other exit onto the garden, covered veranda (about 15 sqm) with outdoor couch and chairs, an ideal spot to have a relaxed lecture.
