Fees Upon Arrival:

• A refundable security deposit of €300 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

Additional Options:

• Bed and Linen:
• In summer, bed linen available for €12/set.
• In winter, bed linen is included, and you can change it for €12/set.

• Bathroom linen: €8/set.
• Cleaning kit for €6.
• Pet allowed: €12/night (under 7 nights) or €60/week (over 7 nights). Proof of vaccinations required, and dogs must be on a lead within the residence grounds.
• High chair, cot, and baby bath available for €25/stay or €8/day (pre-booking required).
