Approached through pretty lawned gardens and up to a well-furnished porch that runs the width of the property leads to the front door. Inside, the downstairs rooms radiate off the entrance hall, to the right is a well fitted modern kitchen/breakfast room which boasts ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine is adjacent. Large patio doors also lead out to the front porch ensuring easy access for those meals al-fresco. Leading off from the hall is the large light and airy lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished, there is a wood burning stove and a smart TV. Patio doors lead both to the front porch and also the paved back terrace, which overlooks the village. An original staircase takes you up to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, firstly a master double bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing room which shares a terrace overlooking Pollenca with the second charming twin bedded room adjacent. Due to its excellent location, there are plenty of opportunities to try a variety of activities, walking, cycling or enjoying the beach at nearby Port de Pollenca.
