Ce duplex de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Wrightsville Beach est spacieux et confortable, à un demi-pâté de maisons de la plage. Avec un grand salon ouvert
et son porche enveloppant est un endroit idéal pour le café du matin et le vin du soir. La cuisine récemment rénovée est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, d'armoires sur mesure et de comptoirs en granit. La chambre principale a un lit king avec une nouvelle salle de bain attenante. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec la troisième chambre un lit king. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une douche extérieure et un garage avec des jouets de plage. Cette maison est un endroit merveilleux et relaxant pour s'évader de tout ce que la vie apporte.

Steps from beach

Spacious Good spot to drop your belongings and sit on the beach all day nice porch to sit with family and take in the ocean breeze and sounds close to walk to everything

Excellent location

Really excellent location close to the beach. There’s been a little wear and tear on the house, but overall really comfortable and well stocked. Instructions for the lock would have been really helpful. As others mentioned, the noise from the upstairs unit is significant— can hear all of the walking around, conversations, toilet flushing, etc.

Wrightsville trip

Our stay was wonderful and the location was perfect. On the property my sister and her family stayed above us and it was so convenient. We had a small issue with the flushing of the toilet but other than that it was amazing.

Nice place but noisy upstairs neighbors

My daughter and I did enjoy the rental. It was clean, spacious, & and convenient to the beach. However, the noise of the neighbors upstairs made the stay less than 5 stars. I know it’s not the host’s fault, but it was still so loud every time they walked across the floor and their voices carried down the stairs. The communication with the owner and the subsequent communication with the upstairs renters was helpful and did get them to quiet down a bit, but wow- they sounded like elephants stomping around! It was hard to relax or enjoy a movie/book with all the racket. (Now I sound like an old person LOL!) Just want to be honest about our experience. The place would definitely be 5 stars if no one was staying upstairs during the stay .

great spot close to the beach

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place in Wrightsville beach! The common/shared spaces were beautiful and spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for five of us and of course the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat. Would love to stay again.

Perfect stay in every way. Location is perfect. Home is comfortable and well-equipped. We had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again when visiting our daughter at UNCW.

Annual Birthday at Wrightsville Beach

Had a lovely quick trip with my daughters & a few girlfriends. We enjoyed the quick walk/location to the beach & awesome deck with rocking chairs… just perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. We walked to most restaurants and coffee shops. All around great property & location.

Long Weekend at Wrightsville

This property is in a great location, just steps from the beach. The wraparound porch was a fantastic place to hang out and socialize, read and enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen is super-modern and had everything we needed. The couch is so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

Townhouse was perfect for the 4 of us and we absolutely loved the easy walk to the beach. We had beautiful weather and lots of fun in the ocean. Home was fully equipped and nicely furnished. The porch was great for people watching after a day at the beach!

Great location close to the beach

The property was clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the beach. Updated kitchen appliances and counter space made it easy to eat-in as-needed. Coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails on the porch in the evening while listening to the waves is exactly what I wanted.

Great beach spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week at Wrightsville. The house was so comfortable and very close to the beach. It was perfect to have my son and a couple of other friends rotate in and out for a night or two. The outdoor shower (a priority for me) was spacious and set back off the street. Umbrellas are available in the garage. We would definitely rent here again!

Great layout and location!

We were very happy with the house. The location is great and the street has beach access just a few steps away. The layout was perfect for our family and the kitchen was well appointed. There were beach chairs, bikes and towels available for us to use. Unfortunately we had very noisy people above us one night, but you will find that in any shared location.

Aunt 90th birthday

4 day, 3 night stay for aunt's 90th bday. Wonderful access to the beach. Outdoor shower. Provided beach towels. Perfect size for 5 but will sleep 6. Large enough to host our 13 cousins and spouses for a pizza and beer one evening. Great wrap around porch with rocking chairs. Overall perfect for our short stay!

Great place, would stay again. Had an issue with the wifi due to some work being done in the upstairs rental. Texted contact person who immediately came by to fix the problem.
