Lovely villa with a good size pool & within walking distance of restaurants, shops & the beach. Good & quick communication with the host via the message app.Only improvement would be to have a fixing on the wall of the ground floor shower so you didn’t have to hold it while showering.

Peris villa

Villa was clean and tidy. Air con throughout was superb. Easy to get hold of villa owners and always responded very quickly and were more than happy to help. Swimming pool was bitterly cold as always shaded when we visited in September. This was a shame as was too cold for the kids to get in (and no heating for it). Shower in main bathroom had nothing to hold the head so made showering hard. Shower over bath had no protection to stop water going everywhere. Weird thing was the cleaners/garden maintenance/pool cleaners who would just turn up without notice (they had our phone number). On one occasion we were around the pool (small children and females). Male staff stood at wall in the grounds overlooking us and stared for ages. Bit unsettling and well out of order. Another occasion we returned back to the Villa and there were several people inside including a child. Hopefully all were totally reliable but there were personal items throughout the Villa they had access to. (Could do with a safe what is fixed to something as it was very light and could easily be picked up).

Your feedback is valuable to us, as it helps us continuously improve our hospitality, which is always our primary goal. We would like to clarify a few points from your review. On the booking platform, we do not mention that pool heating is available. Given that the season was transitional, the water temperature was naturally lower as it depends on external conditions. We understand your disappointment and will take this into consideration. Regarding the showers, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced, and we will work on improving this to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests. In relation to the cleaning and maintenance, we inform guests upon arrival that our team visits the property every 3-4 days, particularly during this season, to take care of the garden and clean the pool, ensuring both cleanliness and safety for your enjoyment. As for the male staff member you mentioned, this was the owner, who was in the garden pruning some plants after we discovered a beehive. It was important to address the issue immediately for your safety. The people you found in the villa upon your return were the three women responsible for cleaning the property. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused, and we would like to clarify that the child present was the daughter of one of the cleaners, who had an urgent situation and couldn’t leave her child unatten
