All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, there is free, high speed, fibre internet throughout, cable TV in the living room, a gas bbq, portable blue tooth music systems and two wood burning fireplaces.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall with guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with large terrace and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Kitchen – Featuring oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, 2 coffee machines and a large fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage space.

Living room – Dining table and chairs for 12 people, one large sofa, one large sofa bed and various extra seating. Brand new LG Oled 55 inch TV with cable, two portable blue tooth music systems and wood burning fireplace for winter months. The large terrace offers a fabulous outdoor dining space with a large Weber gas bbq and outstanding sea views! From the terrace you can walk down steps to the pool area.

Bedroom 1 – Two single beds, fitted wardrobes, desk with chair, patio doors leading to the outside of the property with steps leading down to the pool. En suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 – King size bed, wardrobe, armchair, large en suite bathroom with shower. Also with patio doors leading outside with access to steps leading down to the pool area. Air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 – King size bed, fitted wardrobe, terrace with spectacular views, en suite bathroom with shower. Air con.

First floor: On the first floor you will find 2 more bedrooms also with en suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 – King size bed with option to change to two single beds, terrace with table and two chairs and sea views, en suite bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning.

Bedroom 5 – The master bedroom features a super king size bed, 2 arm chairs, wood burning fireplace and terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Air conditioning. En-suite bathroom with large shower, bathtub, double sink and two toilets.

Exterior: Outside you will find a heated swimming pool (extra charge applies for pool heating), sun lounging area and various shaded areas with extra seating. You can also find in the grounds a basket ball net and ball for some great family fun. Pool level has access to an extra room with kitchen and bathroom. Change of bed linen and towels once per week.
