• Two Roomy double bedrooms with super comfy double beds, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
• Good size lounge featuring large Smart TV (don’t forget your Netflix password) and comfy sofa bed
• Large and modern kitchen with all the essentials for a quick bite before or after exploring the capital.
• New kitchen appliances, including electric microwave, one induction hob with 4 plates, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle

• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.
• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)
Guest Access:
Both the building and apartment are accessible via digital keypad
Emergency set is available from a key box in the communal areas (near the elevator).
