With views over Funchal and the sea, this 3-bedroom villa is set in the luxury Palheiro Nature Estate, that features the 18 hole Palheiro Golf, Palheiro Spa and the five-star Casa Velha do Palheiro. Palheiro Village itself also features the Forum, a large central swimming pool to which guests have free access and fitness room.
The inverted layout of the Palheiro Eagle ensures that the living area benefits form thos fantastica views over Funchal and the sea.
The entrance of the villa is reached via a set of stairs from the carport. On this floor you will find all 3 bedrooms all with their own en-suite, two of which have their own private terrace. (bedroom 3 is elevated and accessed via a small set of stairs).
Stairs that lead to the first floor spacious open-plan living room, with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with French style balconies.
A large terrace along the full length of the property is perfect for outdoor living, with seating area, outdoor dining and barbecue, perfect for morning breakfast or relaxing and socialising in in the evenings.
The Forum, a large swimming pool shared by all Palheiro Village villas and apartments, supplemented by a fitness room, can be found a short 5 minutes’ walk down from the villa.

The Garajau Beach part of the Marine Natural reserve is accessible by cable car, is only 3.5 km away. It’s the perfect spot for a nice swim in clear waters.
The capital, Funchal, is only a 15 minute drive away, and the airport a 20 minute drive.
Cleaning
Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Booking Notes
The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 300€ is required, charged in advance to a credit card. This will be returned to your credit card within 5 working days after your departure, subject to the villa being returned in good condition.
The minimum stay is 07 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

On the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Cancela/Parque Industrial/Funchal.
