Agreement for stay & service (AL self catering)

Pre-requisite : ALL guests travel ID’s needed before check-in is scheduled or entry is allowed.
You agree that you are an adult member over 35YO stayng all over and responsible.
No guests under 16 YO. NO PETS. NO VISITORS or EVENTS without previous agreement.

You agree to let a cash deposit (500€/$/£) at check in with receipt. The amount is returned to you at checkout after a visit to the house that is given back in same conditions.

You agree to cover eventual damages over 100€ caused by your group. you agree to pay a fee of 100€/day of stay for evidences of non respect of the disclosed rules. Report will be provided to your insurance.

Please declare any accident, breakage or anomalies in 24h. Please do not try to fix it yourself. No delayed complaints will be taken in consideration.

REMINDER : You are aware that sending previously all ID’s is a condition to validate the quotation and for having access and staying in the house.

1) ENTRY CONDITIONS
° Member responsible must be present all over the stay (>35 YO)
Only adults over 16 YO (registered with the travel ID’s). No pets.
° Cash deposit 500€/$/£
° Self catering. house is provided with welcome starters (bath & kitchen)
° Moderate accessibility (stairs)
° You have the use of the house in solo
a) Basic rate covers 3 rooms, maximum 2 persons each (law)
b) you may have a 10% discount if only 2 rooms are needed (max 4 pers)

Check-in / checkout :
It is imperative to have ASAP the COMPLETE FLIGHT DATA. (company, number, time) to schedule the check-in person to meet.
°Check-in takes place between: 09am to 11pm, presencial, with cross-check of ID’s, house rules to sign and welcome information.
Checkout: until 11 am. From 12h a double final cleaning fee is due in cash. Checkout is presencial, the house is visited to verify all is in the original state and to free the deposit.
In case of eventual problems, a report will be provided for your insurance.
No luggage deposit possible.

REMINDER:
- Non residents are not aloud by law to have mail box in their name, or to receive mail for security reasons, sorry.
- Please take care to have all your belongings with you at check out. We do not send it afterwoods.

2) (*) LEGAL REGISTRATION :
ALL guest’s traveler’s ID’s for SEF authorities (law). No extra-guest to stay without previous registration. No more than 6 people (and no pets) present at any time.

3)​ LIMITS :
° Evidence of no respect of any rules may be charged 100€/day of stay from the deposit
° Smoking only outdoors.
BBQ only at build-up area. Coal not provided (available in supermarkets)
° No parties/events (even family) Only residential use allowed. Only registered guests may enjoy the property. Silence time 22h-6h
It’s forbidden to exceed the legal limit of persons to overnight (law)
° No children under the defined age (security, stairs unprotected )
° No pets at any time (hygiene - house is low allergens)

4)​CLEANING :
Weekly cleaning over a week stay is mandatory (cf. local regulation ref. at last photo). It is included for the first month. Over that period it is at guests charge 65€/week includeing linen, to pay cash to the cleaning lady
Cleaning keeps the place free of endemic pests species & allergen & Covid safer.
We shall schedule the weekly cleaning, wich is not flexible. (Changes May rarely happen for vacation or Health reason)
Staff has the keys for the work scheduled time

Please make this work safe for all:
- keep all your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc) out of the surfaces, into the cupboards
- ventilate and free the room being cleaned (or even the hole place)
- Garbage : is to exit to the suited containers outside (Casa do lixo)
- No dishes left in the kitchen, dishwasher available.
- Linen stocks : please do not manipulate the stocks. Linen is provided by the staff. Please do not use white towels other than for bath; for the beach or makeup there are
color towels in the laundry and paper rolls

5) ​PEOPLE & GOODS SECURITY:
- The house has all the security equipment required by law.
- Use of masks and distancing during staff contacts
- All doors and windows must stay closed during absence at your responsibility.
- ACCIDENTS/injuries The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, damages that occurs during the stay that are not due to defect equipment’s at the host responsibility.
- DAMAGES due to guests Please report immediately by text any damages. Guests are not responsible for normal wear and tear. But if you caused the damage, you agree to pay for the cost even if it overcomes the deposit. Do never try to fix the goods by yourself
