Large living area with dining table, sofa and smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, crockery. Air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and wifi connection available for guests. On the floor there is a service bathroom with toilet and sink. One set of towels and bed linen for each guest.
The bedroom is located on the upper level, with a non-divisible double bed, in the bedroom there is a further mezzanine and a wardrobe corner and a complete bathroom with shower. Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, you need to go down a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to the main services, restaurants and typical shops; you can easily reach the main attractions of the city on foot. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area; it is advisable to park in a private garage nearby and to reach the apartment on foot. Not recommended as suitable for people with limited mobility and children, ideal for couples.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
