Apartment in a central location, well served by public transport and parking.
The apartment is located in one of the oldest areas of Palermo, it is close to the most important monuments of the city, the central train station, the Port of Palermo and is well served by buses and coaches. Adjacent to the building there is an unattended paid parking lot in Piazza Salvatore Spinuzza although it is possible to park for free in the side streets of Via Principe Scordia or pay for a guarded parking lot at Parking Castello, in Via Castello, 1. The apartment consists of a living area with work area and balcony, kitchen with balcony and two bedrooms: one bedroom has a double bed 160 x 195, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and access to its own balcony. The other bedroom has two beds 80 x 190 (joined/separated), a bathroom with exclusive use in the corridor and access to its own balcony.
