Spacious 4-bedroom home perfect for families and guests travelling for work. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the City Centre where you will find a huge range of restaurants, bars and shopping. St James Park football ground is 2 minutes away for events. The house is located on a quiet residential street off the main road with private OFF-STREET PARKING and houses up to 6 guests. Superfast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 350mbps.
The minimum age for this property is 25 years old
There are 4 bedrooms, one located on the ground floor, each with a double bed, and 3 with wardrobe space. The master room has a king-size bed with all rooms with bedside tables, lamps and room-darkening curtains.

The lounge has 2 large sofas, with SMART TV.
The kitchen space allows you to cook via oven, hob & microwave. There is also a fridge/freezer and washing machine.
In the living room there is also space where you can all sit together around the dining table with 6 chairs.
There is a bathroom on the first floor with a toilet, bath, separate shower, and sink. There is also the useful addition of a downstairs toilet.

Please also note that there is a noise monitoring device in this accommodation to help deter parties and keep noise levels to a respectable level due to the residential location.
