Chalet super mignon! Une très grande chambre avec deux lits Queen. Cuisine complète avec cuisinière à gaz vintage et une salle de bain complète. Profitez de l'arrière-cour !! Griller à l'extérieur sur le barbecue à gaz et faire des s'mores la nuit dans le foyer ou allumer la cheminée à bois à l'intérieur. Lisez un livre dans les multiples coins salon autour de la propriété. Télévision par câble et Internet.
Nous sommes situés au centre le long de l'autoroute 9 dans la belle ville de Felton. Nous sommes en plein cœur des montagnes de Santa Cruz à quelques minutes du parc Henry Cowell, du Roaring Camp et du pont couvert. Profitez d'une journée au grand bassin ou sur la plage! À seulement 6 miles de la promenade de Santa Cruz.

Comfortable, peaceful and just right! The cottage is super comfy and has great natural light. The perfect size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed and the cottage was very clean. We loved the outdoor space as well. Great location for catching a show at the Felton Music Hall and easy access to so many amazing hiking areas.

Our stay was so, so lovely. The cottage is just perfect. Everything was simple and clear. We particularly loved the intentionality of the decor and design as a place for connection, not distraction. The only thing that might help is a traffic mirror for leaving the property; it’s hard to see the oncoming traffic from the driveway.

Peaceful gem in Felton

We had a delightful stay at the Pump House. The thoughtful hospitality details and quirky fun architecture throughout make this rental very comfortable and special. Working out on the deck and enjoying the garden, chilling out in the variety of sitting areas, relaxing in the calming bedroom, and the fantastic large shower and peaceful outdoor tub made our stay so enjoyable. Would love to go back.

Cozy Mountain Home!

Gio has created a magical getaway in the Santa Cruz mountains. I spent a weekend there with my two boys and it was perfect for the three of us. The beds were super comfortable. The place was clean with modern decor, and the backyard was the perfect setting for evening relaxation. We made a fire in the fire pit and roasted s'mores under the canopy of redwoods and string lights. The fresh mountain air, the lighting, the scent of smoke from the fire all made for a wonderful experience in the mountains. Finally, Gio was great to work with and clearly cares about ensuring her guests have a great stay.

Gem of a Place

This place in Felton was more than we could have ever asked for. I think the outdoor photos do not do this place justice. There are so many adorable details inside and out. The outdoor landscaping in the front yard was perfect. We saw all kinds of butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. The sweet smell of the flowers was amazing. The indoor space is just adorable. Very comfortable and attention to detail is made in every aspect of the accommodations. Gio has thought of everything you could ever need. I would highly recommend this beautiful sweet cottage for a stay in Felton, Ca.

Lovely Felton Cottage

We were very happy with our accommodations at this sweet little mountain cottage. Gio had thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. The cottage was immaculent, the beds were cozy, and all of our needs were met. Gio kept in close communication with us during the reservation process and was quick to answer any questions we had. Felton is the perfect place to stay while visiting the coastal area. We highly recommend this cottage rental.

This house was great, very cute and clean. Was a perfect fit for my husband and our two yr old. We didn't realize how close the property was to the road and it was a little hard to get in and out of driveway but other than that we couldn't have asked for more!

Small but fully-equipped with great yard

Though it looks tiny and humble from the outside, this property was REALLY nice and modern inside with everything you could want. Very comfortable, and the backyard fire pit, picnic table and patio under the trees were a real pleasure. The busy street and steep driveway into the property generated a few nervous moments, but nothing that a bit of patience couldn't solve.

Super cute cottage

Cottage was super cute and in a great location for hiking and enjoying the red woods. However Hwy 9 can get a little noisy. It did not bother me, but my husband used ear plugs. We loved when we came back one night and saw a little fox and skunk checking the Tepee out!

Amazing, relaxing, clean, cozy, and central

We loved staying here. It was central to everything in Santa Cruz while being tucked in the hills for a relaxing vibe. The little town is quant with just what you need. The house had all the necessities, was clean, cozy, and the yard is incredible. I am a light sleeper yet I was not bothered at all by the hwy 9 traffic at all (as some people have mentioned). I can’t wait to stay at Gio’s next time we’re in town!

Owner very easy to communicate with. Quick to answer. Place is even cuter than in pictures. Only drawback for some might be the traffic noise otherwise very nice place to stay.

Charming cottage

Loved that is was close to Big Basin State Park for hiking and Santa Cruz for the beach. The cottage was very clean. It was nice to sit outside with a glass of wine after hiking all day. The only thing I would change is where the TV is located in the bedroom to the living area. Everything was very well put together. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when we come back to that area.

Charming and stylish in Felton

Great location as it’s close to the boardwalk and Roaring camp. Gia has it nicely furnished with everything you need, including a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. Only reason not 5 stars is that highway 9 is pretty busy and noisy throughout the day and early evening, best to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper like me! Would definitely return.

Relaxing getaway with a great location

This property has been newly restored and decorated with antique accents (clawfoot tub/shower, antique working stove and oven). It's such a cute and cozy place to stay, with everything we needed. The two large beds were comfortable and enough space for us and our two teenage boys. The wifi worked great (our phones weren't so great on Verizon in Felton area, off and on), and it was close to the beach, groceries and Mt. Hermon camp (5 min drive). We enjoyed the large BBQ and outdoor picnic table, calm breezes and well organized kitchen that had all we needed to eat at home. Gio checked in on us via email and offered immediate hospitality, answering questions or coming by the property to see we had everything we needed. Top notch service!

Wonderful cottage, clean and nice will come again

We had a just a great time! We travel a lot for sports tournaments and this was our first VRBO. Definitely a better experience than the same old boring hotel rooms....
