The property has ideal spaces for your comfort, 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, wardrobe, and nightstands; the other two with single beds and a desk. The living room is spacious and will allow you to feel the comfort of home but with the luxury touch of the best hotels thanks to its spectacular design and beautiful views of the sea and the city. The living room consists of a living area with large windows that fill the space with light, a six-seat dining room, and a fully equipped island kitchen to enjoy preparing your favorite dishes. Additionally, two beautiful and spacious bathrooms equipped with WC and shower so you can take relaxing showers after exploring the wonders that this Costa del Sol city offers you.

The apartment is strategically located in a quiet, silent neighborhood but close to the most representative places in the city: You will be next to the beautiful La Malagueta beach where you can read a book and enjoy the incredible city climate, a few meters away you will also have the MĂĄlaga Museum, the Picasso Museum of MĂĄlaga, the Central Market of Atarazanas, the spectacular and must-see Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, additionally, you will have a few steps away a variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas that you will love.
The main points of interest are just a few minutes walking distance and, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city more in-depth, MĂĄlaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of bus stations and parking stations in case you bring your car on this adventure.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.
2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR.
