Casale Amenola is a beautiful villa with swimming pool for luxury holidays in the Itria Valley, in the countryside of Ostuni. It consists of typical but entirely renovated lamia, equipped with many accessories, surrounded by large outdoor areas with fruit trees.
The holiday home for 8 guests is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet, indoor hot tub, espresso machine, tv and mosquito nets.
In the big garden of Casale Amenola, in addition to the swimming pool and shower, there is a barbecue and wood-burning oven. Parking area. Pets are allowed.

THe villa is in a lush countryside property, with fruit trees and large outdoor areas, ideal to fully enjoy the Apulian holiday.
The
beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by beach beds and it`s opposite
to a pergola with outdoor dining area, built-in barbecue and
wood-burning oven.
Moreover, there are a covered patio with outdoor furniture where you can relax while enjoying the view on the infinity pool and a big porch with outdoor dining area and a sofa.
The
villa opens into the small kitchen with induction hobs, dishwasher,
espresso machine and fridge and then the living room with a
characteristic alcove with one double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms,
with independent access but communicating, equipped with tv, air
conditioning and ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms can also be independent.
One
of the bedroom keeps traces of the past such as the fireplace frame,
the wall and the typical exposed milky stone: in this room there is a rock hot tub, a true luxury accessory.

Amenola is a charming villa that mirrors the spirit of the Apulian
Summer and it welcomes you in its equipped areas, the paths in the
garden and other areas where you can relax while being cuddled by the
unique light of this region.
The villa is a few kilometers away
from Ostuni, surrounded by the landscape typical of the Itria Valley,
with its lush nature and complexes of trulli and lamie: a true gem. The beaches on the Adriatic coast are a short drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 500. Pool can be heated with an extra of euro 100 per day.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
