The apartment is located in the center of Nardò,
a town with a beautiful historic center, rich in art and museums,
lively as a commercial center and with a long coastline on the Ionian
Sea, where accessible cliffs, breathtaking views, small coves and both
free and equipped sandy beaches alternate.
The nearest marinas are Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno, but the Portoselvaggio nature park and Sant`Isidoro marina are also just a 10-minute drive away.
Less than 20 km away, moreover, you can reach both the beaches of Gallipoli and the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
