Villetta Stellastrea is a basic but cozy holiday home in the area La Strea, near Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Salento. The holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests, equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets and gratings on doors and windows.

The holiday home is entirely fenced and it is possible to park one car in the yard, where there are the porch with oudoor dining area and beach umbrella.
The holiday home consists of basic but cozy rooms. There are the living room with dining area and tv, the kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (double and twin bedroom) and 1 full bathroom. The fifth sleeping accommodation is on folding bed at disposal of the guests.

The holiday home is in the area La Strea, near Porto Cesareo, which is less than 2 kilometers away. It`s 100 meters away from the sea of the protected bay. The closest sandy beaches are 3 kilometers away. Torre Squillace and its beach are 1 kilometer away. In Porto Cesareo there are the main town services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
