Holiday house near the white sandy beach for 8 people, 4 double bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, fenced swimming pool and garden with barbecue.



Located between Puerto de Alcúdia and Platja de Muro, it is less than 50 metres from the shore of the white sandy beach.



The property has a front terrace and a garden with a 3,5m x 5m long private swimming pool to cool off in the back. A fixed barbecue is available for you to enjoy Mediterranean food.



The interior space of about 200 m2 is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room with access to the front terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the sea views, a double bedroom overlooking the pool and the fully equipped kitchen for everything you need during your holidays in Mallorca. You can eat either in the dining room, in the kitchen or on the back terrace, overlooking the swimming pool.



On the upper floor you will find 3 double bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with sea views.

Joan was a brilliant host, really responsive

Joan was a brilliant host, really responsive. We loved the location of the villa, right by the beach and shops. The pictures were misleading didn’t show that the pool is overlooked by all the neighbouring hotel balconies. The bedding and towels could do with replacing (thin towels & flat pillows). Every request Joan sorted out for us quickly. Overall a great stay.

I was in the villa with my whole family, age range from 2 to 70, and everyone loved it! Juan responded to my questions quickly with clear answers. I would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and a good location with the beach just down the road

The house was clean and a good location with the beach just down the road. But the air conditioning was only partial and not great, the upstairs one dripped constantly and the one downstairs regularly flooded the kitchen floor. The downstairs bedroom was very hot with only a fan. The downstairs shower was poor, all it needed was the hose and shower head replacing which wouldn’t cost much. There was no safe, which we had expected from the listing details. There was plenty of room for 7 adults, close restaurants were good, particularly The Black Pig. Public transport also worked well for us.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Beach is 50m away and the pool is like in the pictures. Very recommended for a group trip. Yo can also store bikes easily in the house like we did.

Le séjour s'est super bien passé

Le séjour s'est super bien passé. Joan a été d'une aide précieuse. Le chauffe eau fonctionnait mal le premier jour et Joan a fait intervenir quelqu'un directement. Il nous a même emmené faire l'une de nos activités car tous les taxis étaient complets... Il est très réactif s'il y a un problème. La maison est très fonctionnelle. Les espaces sont agréables. La maison est juste à côté de la plage. Seul bémol s'il faut en retenir un : c'est qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de produits basiques à notre arrivée type papier toilette (2 rouleaux entamés pour 8), éponge, liquide vaisselle, sel poivre. Nous sommes arrivés tard et tout était fermé. Il faut vraiment tout acheter sur place. Mais sinon, c'était super !

Maison en bord de mer très agréable et spacieuse. Joan est très réactif et a facilité le check in et le check out : très sympathique. La piscine est collée a un très grand immeuble ce qui limite la sensation de tranquillité. Il serait préférable d'ajouter une photo où de le préciser dans la description.

Tolle Lage! Super Kommunikation - antwortet IMMER sofort! Sehr bemühte und liebe Eigentümer, haben versucht jeder Bitte nachzukommen. Es muss einem jedoch bewusst sein, dass man für die Lage zahlt (20m vom Strand entfernt) und nicht weil das Haus besonders luxuriös ist! Lage ist jedoch bombastisch! Ausstattung der Küche ist für längere Aufenthalte (bei uns waren es 2 Wochen) etwas mager - jedoch in Ordnung. Pool könnte renoviert werden. Es bleibt durch die Klima sehr angenehm kühl und das Haus war schön sauber beim Check-in! Joan ist unglaublich nett und hilfreich! Danke für alles!!

Ottima posizione a 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Casa grande, piscina più piccola di quello che sembrava in foto, ma carina e funzionale. Mancavano gli essenziali, bagnoschiuma shampo, carta igienica, stendibiancheria tutto rotto, in generale per il prezzo pagato tante cose sono migliorabili. Aria condizionata presente solo in parte e gocciolante. Ottima la griglia.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie. Okolica jest świetna – wszędzie blisko, a piękna plaża znajduje się tuż przy domu. Dom był czysty, dobrze wygłuszony, a basen był dużym atutem. Niestety łóżka nie były zbyt wygodne. Trafiliśmy na okres bardzo wysokich temperatur i największym problemem okazała się jedna klimatyzacja, która nie była w stanie schłodzić tak dużego domu. Wiatraki w pokojach jedynie mieszały gorące powietrze, a w środku było około 30°C. W tej cenie dom powinien być zdecydowanie lepiej przygotowany na upały. Na plus zasługuje bardzo dobry kontakt z Joanem, który próbował znaleźć rozwiązanie i szybko reagował. Brakowało również mydła w łazienkach i zapasu papieru toaletowego. Właściciel pojawiał się na posesji bez wcześniejszej informacji – nie wchodził do domu, ale uprzedzenie o takich wizytach byłoby mile widziane.

Joan hat als Gastgeber überall 5 Sterne verdient, denn sein kümmern war absolut vorbildlich. Am ersten Tag stellten wir fest, das die Klimaanlage defekt ist. Joan hat am selben Tag Abends noch ein mobiles Gerät gebrach und organisiert, dass am 2ten Tag schon eine neue Anlage eingebaut wurde - DANKE dafür. Auch Mängel wie eine klemmende Schranktür, wackelnde Duschköpfe, ein defektes Lattenrost hat Joan direkt instandgesetzt. An dieser Stelle muss aber auch einmal gesagt werden, dass Joan für diese Mängel nicht verantwortlich ist. Die Eigentümer des Hauses, die dieses auch nach jedem Aufenthalt selbst reinigen, scheinen solche Mängel nicht zu interessieren, denn würden sie mit offenen Augen durch das Haus gehen, würden diese Mängel auffallen und sie könnten diese dann auch beheben. 5 Sterne für Joan, 3 Sterne für den Inhaber !!!

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in diesem Mietshaus und sind rundum zufrieden. Der gesamte Ablauf – von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe – verlief absolut reibungslos. Die Lage ist schlichtweg unübertrefflich: Ein wunderschöner, feiner Sandstrand liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt und lädt täglich zum Entspannen ein. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sodass man alles, was man braucht, schnell besorgen kann. Ein absoluter Traumort, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden!

Ett jättefint hus med fantastisk omgivning samt pool och jättenära till strand, restauranger, supermarkets mm. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 4 barn och huset var optimalt för sällskapet. Juan som värd var vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid snabb med kommunikation.

Fint hus och väldigt fina uteplatser. Poolen på baksidan är väldigt fin och bra. Stort hus med de flesta faciliteterna. AC på ovanvåningen funkade bra. Endast 50m till havskanten med fantastiska stränder och vatten. Stark rekommendation för barnfamiljer.
