Cozy apartment, centrally located. Strategic location, a few steps from the San Lorenzo market and less than a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Located on the fourth floor without lift of a typical Florentine building. 
The apartment consists of: 
- two bedrooms (one with a single and a half bed and one with a double bed, with the option of single beds) 
- a living area with equipped kitchenette and dining table 
- spacious bathroom with bathtub  
- bright habitable terrace with a view of the Duomo of Florence. 
Washing machine and wifi connection available for guests. 
Air conditioning present only in the living room. 
A set of towels and sheets available to each guest. 
The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a typical Florentine building, without a lift, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as there are about 90 steps to climb. 
Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. 
The main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot. 
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. You can park in a paid garage nearby.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
