The Space:
The villa features four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, spread across three levels. The living space is fully equipped with modern comforts including a kitchen, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Guests can relax by the private pool, which can be heated on request for an extra charge, and enjoy use of the sunbeds, sunshades, and a barbecue. Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, safe box, espresso machine, pool and beach towels, and balconies overlooking the property.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, outdoor shower, balconies, and all in-house facilities. Private parking is available on-site. A tennis court is also accessible during the stay. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

We recommend having a car to easily explore the Akrotiri peninsula and nearby Chania district. Private parking is available at the villa.

Other Things to Note:
A welcome basket of traditional Cretan products is provided upon arrival. Daily light cleaning is included, and linen and towels are changed every fourth day. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge. A 24/7 manager is available for any assistance needed. Baby cots are available upon request.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of €80 per night.
