Magnifique villa à 600 mètres du golfe de Carini et de la plage. Mamma Manda est entièrement immergée dans un parc luxuriant, avec des plantes tropicales et méditerranéennes. C'est là que se trouve la charmante piscine (15x5 mt) et, à côté, l'espace barbecue idéal pour des repas siciliens inoubliables.

Hamacs, chaises longues, parasols, salons, coussins, fauteuils... rendront votre séjour dans le parc très confortable.

Le parc dispose également d'une salle de bains et d'une douche extérieure.

Un boulevard en pierre mène à la villa.

Elle comprend 3 chambres à coucher, dont deux avec salle de bains, un salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Une autre salle de bains est adjacente au salon.

Toutes les salles de bains sont équipées d'une douche.

À côté du salon se trouve un charmant gazebo avec un canapé et des tables basses.

Le salon dispose également d'un canapé-lit.

La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour passer de merveilleuses vacances.

La mer est à 600 mètres et le centre ville à 700 mètres.

This is the most beautiful Villa, Pool, Space we have ever had the honor of using. Clean, well maintained, and just plain gorgeous structure. The host was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. This location is Sicily. All those images you have in your mind, this is it.

This is really a wonderful place to stay! The garden is really amazing and the house itself is very cozy, clean, and well equipped. Though two of the three bedrooms are in a basement, they are very comfortable and spacious and this is not a minus indeed! Furthermore one of them has the bathroom ensuite and a luminous door-window with a small terrace, connecting with the garden.Francesco was perfect and we will save a beautiful memory of our stay thanks also to the proximity to the center of the town, the sea and Palermo.see you soon!

Great villa, great pool

We had a great time in this villa - which was spacious and clean and had a lovely pool set in beautiful, tropical gardens. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, which makes all the difference.Francesco - who looks after the property - was super helpful and was able give us plenty of restaurant tips as well as advice on navigating Palermo.The villa is set on the outskirts of Carini, and it's close to the main road to get along the coast to the main sights. I'd say it's about half an hour to get into Palermo by car and an hour and a quarter from Cefalu'. It's an easy drive to Segesta.The local seafront close to the properly is fine for a morning run but not for swimming. For that you need to go Capaci, the next town towards Palermo. There the beach is fantastic and you can swim with the mountains in the background.We highly recommend this villa.

Villa with great pool and patio area

Good property for outdoor living. Plenty of sun & shade throughout the day from the design of the property including the trees in the garden. The trees did drop flowers daily onto pool and patio area hence the cleanliness rating. With any problems we had Francesco was very attentive. Useful advice on local ammenties from both Francesco and Maria. Thanks. Appreciated.

Walking distance from beach and town center, great pool and park

We had a very nice holiday in this house. The pool area is gorgeous immersed in a tropical garden with a BBQ area close by. The house is 10 minutes away both from the sandy beach (gorgeous view of the Gulf) and the downtown of Villagrazia (restaurants, fishery, ATM, pharmacy, supermarket, butchery, bars...). The motorway is 5 kms away and the tube 3 kms away (the best solution to get to Palermo). Excellent daily assistance (Francesco and his mother Mariangela). Many furnitures are new (downstair shower, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen tools). We found the house very clean and with a good smell. We'll come back. Ciao

Good location, nice villa

We stayed here in the middle of September. The villa has three spacious double bedrooms, two ensuite and a kitchen/dining room which has everything we needed. The highlight though is the outisde, the pool is a very good size and the garden itself is lovely with a vareity of attractive trees providing plenty of shade. It has a barbecue area and another outside table at the front. Within fifteen minutes walk are a supermarket and the town of Villagrazia which has a fishmonger, butcher, greenghrocer, baker and hardware store, so everything you need. There is a restaurant just beyond the town, under 20 minutes walk, unfortunately we couldn't try it as it closed at the end of their season before we had a chance. There is a basic but decent pizzeria/takeway in the town. Unless you intend to sunbathe in the garden all week you will need a car. Many very interesting places are in relatively easy reach (less than 1.5 hours by car). The station of Carini is ten minutes drive away and we travceled in to Palermo by train (not being brave enought to drive in Palermo :-)), trains are then 40 or 50 minutes into Palermo. The catacombs on the edge of town are worth visiting as is the castle in Carini. There were five of us ranging in age from 20 to 65 and we all had a thoroughly good time.

Amazing experience, we will be back.

Wonderful villa immersed in a lush garden and with a terrific infinity pool, I just loved it. The house is very comfortable, absolutely spotless, fully equipped with new cooking tools, washing machine, AC and exterior lounges, honestly nothing is missing. It's located in a prestigious area surrounded by other gorgeous villas and is a few steps away from the sandy beach of Carini. The center of the town is about 500 meters away, Villagrazia di Carini, where you can find basically everything you need. A point of strength of the place (apart the BBQ area by the pool!) is the proximity to the metro station, is about 2 kms away and the weather is so beautiful in Sicily that you can easily reach the tube by foot while you enjoy a typical sicilian ice cream. We went twice to Palermo by tube, we opted for the underground as we heard about the terrible traffic that you encounter in Palermo when you go by car. The underground service is handy and efficient so we had a smooth trip to Palermo, we enjoyed it. Lastly, I'd like to thank Mariangela and her son for the assistance that they gave to us, impeccable owners as whenever we reached out to them they were available and happy to assist us on any questions. Overall, we have to say that we had a great stay and we will surely be back. Five stars villa, highly recommended! ;)

A wonderful stay immersed in a lush park, walking distance from beach and town

We had great times in this lovely villa. Mariangela and Francesco, mamma and son, our housekeepers, were simply lovely providing us with everything we needed for. The second day the washing machine broken and in the afternoon Francesco brought us a new one! The villa is in a quiet area, surrounded by other prestigious houses. The villa was very very clean and with lot of flowers in the garden. The property is fully immersed in a Mediterranean lush park, the pool is very big and near by there is a nice BBQ area, with refrigerator and a comfortable table. The house has 3 bedrooms and the master is simply gorgeous. Outside the living/kitchen room there is a gazebo with a confortable loung and a Jacuzzi adjacent to it. We enjoyed our evening cocktails in this area of the villa. The beach is about 500 meters away and was not busy this period of the year, with a fantastic landscape of the gulf, even if we suggest to enjoy the Capaci beach, just about 8 kms away. The downtown of Villagrazia is about 700 meters away and you can find there supermarkets, ATM, petrol station, pizzeria, restuarants and very very buonissimo gelati! Definetvly: we have appreciated very much our stay and absoultely recommend you this villa. Ciao Mariangela and Francesco!

Misleading listing

The kitchen and living area are very small. Basic utensils missing from kitchen. The pool area was messy and overgrown and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. No welcome pack, no first aid and no information regarding local amenities, emergency contact numbers etc. The property is a way out of Carini and there are no restraunts within walking distance. The 'beach' was littered with rubbish and was unsafe. The house was clean but a few things needing attention. We stayed at the house in early September, I have been in regular contact with Giovanni sice that time, highlighting our concerns. He has stated that our concerns will be addressed and had stated that we would be refunded the €200 final cleaning fee- we have yet to see this money.

We advise everyone not to deal with these customers, at all. They have complaint about crazy things, and it appeared clear from the first day that they just would have claimed for a refund once back at home. We do believe it's a sort of habit for them: book, complain about everything, then ask for a refund otherwise bad reviews are coming! Initially we thought to give them 200 euros just for "buying" their silence; then, we decided that can't be acceptable this sort of customers’ blackmail. They arrived at the villa without a car and complaint everything was not at walking distance (at 600 meters you have everything, the main center of the town, restaurants, market, ATM, pharmacy, butchery… everything, just give a look at google maps). And this was the first alarm advice for us. Then they complaint about the fact that the house was not in Carini (in fact we have never listed the house in Carini but in Villagrazia di Carini); then these sad customers complaint about a bottle of bath soap found in the garden, just a bottle! (of course it was clearly a forgetfulness); then everyday they complaint about something, absolutely untrue or at least over the top: the beach unsafe (over the top, of course in early September is not the best one in the world), the garden not in a good condition (the park of the villa is simply fantastic), the pool dirty (Francesco almost everyday checks all at the villa, specifically the pool), the lack of welcome pack (mad!). Also, the house has been given us back from them in terrible conditions, cleaningwise speaking… almost two hundred bottles of liquor everywhere, garbage inside the house, stained sheets, old stuff in the fridge… And this was the last serious alarm signal that something would have happened, in terms of blackmail. Dear Mannon, sorry for you: but we decided not to "buy" your silence. Game over, maybe you will be luckier elsewhere!

Zu Beginn roch das Haus sehr sauber. Nach 3 Tagen kam ein muffiger Geruch aus dem mittleren Badezimmer bei stets geöffneten Fenster. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind in der unteren Etage. Ein Zimmer davon hat ein Oberlicht und nur ein geöffnetes Fenster in 3 Meter Höhe (unerreichbar). Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelflügelfenster war neben dem Wasseranlagesystem des Hauses, wodurch ein fast dauerhafter rauschender und teilweise auch pfeifender Ton zu hören war. Der Pool war riesig. Mülleimer für einen 5 köpfige Familie zu klein. Den Müll mussten wir im Haus lagern, da die wilden Katzen den Müll auseinander nahmen. In den 8 Tagen stürmte es zwei Nächte und die Zu Boden gefallen Pflanzen teile (viele Kugeln von den Palmen) musste von uns selbst entfernt werden. Der Strand ist 600 m weit und nicht zum Baden oder Wandern gedacht.... Aktuelle Bilder sind in GoogleMaps. Ein wie angegebene Whirlpool sowie die 4. Toilette gab es bei uns nicht. Weiteres durch Bilder beschrieben. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen.Für Sizilianische Verhältnisse ist es ein sehr schönes Haus.Wir hätten uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit bzgl. der Grundstückspflege gewünscht.

Sehr schöner Garten mit großem Pool, allerdings war die Toilette im Außenbereich in einem unsauberen Abstellraum, also nicht zu benutzen und der Whirlpool nicht vorhanden. Im Haus roch es sehr muffig, alles war alt und vieles defekt. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war unsauber und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig. 2 Schlafzimmer waren im Keller und eins davon hatte nur ein Oberlicht, das nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Der zuständige Ansprechpartner vor Ort war freundlich und sehr bemüht, aber dieses Objekt ist nicht zu empfehlen.

I need to say though, that your feedback (which we will take advantage of, to improve our services) is hardly to accept, since a lot ( I remark: A LOT) of other guests left a 10/10 review, pointing exactly the opposite you told: house very clean, equipped, and the two rooms in the basement really not a minus, since they are large, comfortable and not representing a problem at all. So, as told before, we will try to understand where we failed, but for sure this property should not be a non-recommendable object!!! this was unfair of you... greetings from Sicily Giuseppe
