Spacious Town House Close to Carvoeiro Centre With Pool Views

Visto Do Atlantico is a beautifully presented, spacious and modern Town House situated on the very popular Colina Verde Complex in Carvoeiro. The house is well furnished and boasts large balconies and a private roof terrace. It is only a short distance from town where you will find a wide range of bars, coffee shops and fabulous restaurants. On entrance to this property you will find a large hallway leading through to the fully equipped modern Kitchen and the comfortable lounge with dining area. The Kitchen and Lounge open up onto a large Terrace which has a great view over the pool area. The Terrace has a Gas BBQ and Table and Chairs and it offers the perfect place to relax in the sunshine. The open plan lounge/dining area has comfortable seating for 4 people, wireless internet and air conditioning. The large patio doors give the room a real light and airy living area. There is a flat screen TV with and a wide selection of channels.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday and as it has access to the terrace it´s perfect for preparing meals for those summer BBQ´s.
From the hallway there is a marble staircase to the First Floor, large Master Bedroom with double bed and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is large en suite bathroom with Bath & shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and en suite shower room.
The roof terrace is accessed from the First floor, this is a fantastic space with beautiful views. It´s a great place for catching the sun and there is a outside shower to cool down in the summer months. The gated communal pool area was all re-done in 2016 with a new pool and surrounding grassed area, there are sun loungers provided and it´s only a 3 minute walk from the house so you can easily pop back for refreshments.
This house is under new ownership, it has always been very much enjoyed by guests over the years with many returning every year - people love how close it is for town and the privacy it offers as well as the space for 4 people. The spacious roof terrace is an added bonus.

Update: May 1st 2024 - The Lagoa council have introduced a touirst tax payable by any guest 13 or over visiting Carvoeiro, please refer to the booking terms and conditions or contact us for more information.

Stunning property in perfect location

We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay, the property was amazing and everything was perfect, the indoor space was great but the outside terraces were so good, the photos do not even do them justice. Great location

We have been coming to carvoeiro for a number of years and the location of this house is ideal for us. It may not suit some people with the steep hill up from the town, we just love being able to walk down and enjoy the restaurants and bars without having to get in the car. Emma the property manager was easily contactable and helpful.

Fantastic property

Absolutely loved this property, been to Carvoeiro 3 times and this was my favourite place we’ve stayed. It is extremely spacious with amazing roof terrace to enjoy the sunset and the pool was great. Would definitely recommend and hopefully get chance to come back.

Summer Holiday

We spent 2 weeks here and we could not fault the accommodation. The house and the pool area were fabulous. It is set not far from the town which has great restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend the accommodation and Emma was very informative. We will definitely return 😁

Carvoeiro

Colina Verde is small complex ideally situated at the top of quite a steep hill (so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues). However, for those with no mobility issues access to centre of Carvoeiro is less than a 10 min walk. The communal pool and grounds are well maintained. The villa is well furnished and equipped and perfect for 4 people. We've stayed here before and are likely to stay again.

Amazing

Beautiful apartment & very well maintained. Had everything we needed for a great holiday & we absolutely loved the roof terrace. Pool area is great , nice & quiet & very relaxing . Not to far from the town . Walk down is great but a bit tougher coming up but taxis easily available for just over €3, so the hill wasent to much of a problem. The views are amazing. Would definitely recommend this great apart . Emma the manager is very friendly & left us a great welcome pack that was really appreciated so Thankyou very much

The property was amazing, from the cleanliness, facilities, numerous balconies, awesome bbq, proximity to the pool and the roof top terrace to enjoy the stunning sunsets over Carvoeiro! 5 mins stroll down the hill to Carvoeiro and its beautiful beach, the villa is in a quiet area, but the village easily accessible. Emma was really helpful and offered local suggestions and tips. Will definitely be back!

Great spot! Exceeded our expectations

The property is very spacious, well equipped and well furnished. As a family of four with two teen boys we felt incredibly comfortable here. But the roof terrace... it's amazing. Feels like the highest point in Carvoeiro; not overlooked, 360 degree view of the sky and beautiful sunsets/stargazing etc. The shared pool is large and never really busy, lots of friendly people staying in adjacent properties. Carvoeiro itself is a gem - touristy but not tacky, not too big, relaxed and fun vibe in the town with free entertainment, great restaurants and bars, very picturesque town beach and a stunning cliff walk over the headland. Felt very lucky to have chosen both this property and Carvoeiro for a holiday. Recommended

Great Find

This Property was an excellent find, it is in a fantastic position 500 yards uphill from the main beach, and from all facilities needed whilst on holiday, Restaurants, Bars, and shops.. all just a short 10 minute walk. The property is very well equipped with everything you would need and more, spacious and comfortable within a very tidy small development. The Swimming Pool on site was excellent with a very tidy and clean communal garden area. The views from the roof terrace were quite spectacular of an evening and at sun rise... would I go here again? A big fat YES it is Superb.

Lovely house

The house gave us everything we needed, it is very was nicely presented with plenty of room. The beds are comfortable with a large king size in the main bedroom. Kitchen had enough utensils and equipment if you wanted to prepare food. Sadly the weather wasn’t great so didn’t t get to enjoy the outdoor space or pool. It has a fabulous roof terrace with amazing views. Downside to the roof terrace is the sail which is extremely noisy inside the bedrooms when the wind is blowing. Emma the property manager went above and beyond to help us with a medical issue which required a visit from the doctor. Emma is there at the end of the phone if you need advice etc. Thank you Emma. We would definitely return to the property and keep fingers crossed for good weather.

Great winter getaway.

We stayed in this townhouse for 12 days at the beginning of February and loved every minute! The downtown is just a short walk away, however be prepared as the roadway is very steep! The unit is spacious and well equipped. The outdoor areas were well maintained and tidy. On our arrival we were met by Emma the property manager, who gave us a walk through of the townhouse and explained many of the details in the unit and exterior areas. This is a nice touch and was greatly appreciated since we didn't need to figure things out on our own. Emma was also very responsive to messages if we had a question or concern. The unit was very cold on our arrival and took several days to warm up since the heat hadn't been on prior to our arrival. Emma provided us with a space heater for the kitchen and this helped immensely. Once the unit was warmed up, the high humidity became apparent with the bedding feeling damp and laundry took days to dry. A dehumidifier would be a great addition. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the views. The sail on the terrace was very noisy on a windy day and the sound reverberated through the entire unit. At midpoint in our stay, there was maid service that included cleaning the indoor spaces and changing the bedding. A little more attention to the shower cleaning would be appreciated. All in all this is a great property and we would return in the future.

Overall good

The property was a bit tired but very spacious an clean. The tv was spotty ( not enough channels) the twin beds in the guest room were a bit hard. The kitchen was very well equipped.Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Caroveira.Close to town

L’ensemble de la propriété était propre. Mais la cuisine laissait à désirer, poignées de portes d’armoires chaudrons, four et BBQ étaient sales. Les coussins des chaises extérieures étaient tous tachés.Les lits étaient confortables, la salle de bain des maîtres pas de chauffage. A ne pas oublier que l’électricité n’était pas incluse à notre grande surprise.

Bon séjour, endroit bien situé! Bel appartement! Mais nous suggérons aux hôtes ou propriétaires quelques améliorations à faire ! L’appartement aurait besoin d’un ménage en profondeur, les matelas et lits auraient besoin d’être mis à jour. Nous avons eu un séjour agréable . Notre critique se veut positive!

Absolute Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir haben das Ferienhaus genau wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Super sauber und absolut komfortabel ausgestattet. Emma, unsere sehr nette Host, hat alles gezeigt und erklärt, so dass wir direkt vom ersten Tag an unseren Urlaub genießen konnten. Selbst eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln war Dank Emma vorhanden. Parken war problemlos möglich. Highlights waren die Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Blick über Carvoeiro bis zum Atlantik, wie auch die sehr gepflegte Poolanlage. In das Zentrum von Carvoeiro inkl. der Bucht kam man schnell zu Fuß. Zurück ins Haus war es ein wenig anstrengend, wenn man aus dem Flachland kommt. Es ging zeitweise ziemlich steil bergauf. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können!

Super Ferienhaus mit toller Poolanlage in Carvoeiro

Das Haus ist schön und wertig eingerichtet, die Poolanlage ist toll und gepflegt, die Dachterrasse bietet spektakuläre Ausblicke über Carvoeiro, das Meer und das Umland. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Ort oder am Strand, dennoch ist die Lage relativ ruhig. Etwas störend war, dass über die Agentur 2x ein Handwerker zur Reparatur der defekten Markise angekündigt wurde, jedoch nicht erschien.

Top appartement met heel goede ligging

Heel mooi en ruim appartement met alle benodigdheden en 2 grote terrassen waardoor je steeds in de schaduw kan zitten. Dakterras heeft super uitzicht op de zee en de omgeving. Ook het zwembad met ligzetels was heel aangenaam. Een aanrader!

De parfaites vacances à Colina Verde

Très grand Appartement tout équipé, balcon adjacent à la cuisine et terrasse sur le toit. Très bien situé à Carvoeiro. Emma avait prévu des victuailles pour luncher en arrivant et le premier petit déjeuner.

Amazing family holiday

The property is very good and has lots of space, it has everything you need for staying with two children. Roof terrace is a great feature, it is probably the highest point in Carvoeiro in fact, so nice for watching sunset with a glass of wine. Emma, property manager was very helpful and responding very quick to any questions. We will definitely be willing to stay again if we have decide to come to this area in future.
