Wonderful family home just a three-minute walk from the beautiful Cala Pi beach, with all amenities nearby (restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket, etc.), beautiful sea views from the upper terrace and, from the beach, you can go on various excursions such as Cala Beltrán and the Cabo Blanco lighthouse. Just a 20-minute drive away are some of Mallorca's idyllic beaches, such as Sa Rápita and Es Trenc. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday and to make you feel at home.
The house is built on two levels: ground floor and first floor, connected by a wide and comfortable staircase.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, as well as drinking water from the tap, a toilet and washing machine, and a bedroom with four single beds and a window overlooking the wonderful swimming pool, through which the warm rays of the sun shine in. There is a spacious living room with large windows that ventilate, cool and fill the rooms with air and light. Outside, on the ground floor, you will find a pleasant porch, as well as a patio with a swimming pool where you can lie down and enjoy the sun and tranquillity.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a king-size bed (1.60 x 2 m), two bedrooms with one large bed each and another full bathroom with a bathtub, located in the hallway. All these rooms have a terrace that connects them and offers wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the island of Cabrera. It is an ideal place to relax and chat with friends, family, etc. All rooms are exterior, with large windows. The house is very bright and inviting. It has Wi-Fi and TV, and each of the rooms is ready to welcome you and help you relax.
