The Gran Vía, Plaza de Callao, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are just a few minutes walk from the accommodation, you will be in the heart of Madrid.

From the accommodation it is possible to walk to the most emblematic places of Madrid, the Plaza Mayor, the well-known Gran Vía, the Prado Museum and the Royal Palace are just a few minutes walk away.





HOW TO MOVE

We recommend you to walk to all the places, since you are in the center of all the attractions, but if you still want to take a metro or train, you have the following options less than 300 meters away:

-Puerta del Sol metro and commuter station (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Gran Vía metro station (lines 1 and 5)



TO CONSIDER

-Due to the characteristics of the house, children under 12 years of age are not allowed, since we consider that the stairs may pose a risk to them.

-There are cots for rent available for €30 / stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

-In this accommodation you cannot celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties.

-For stays equal to or greater than 28 days, electricity consumption is included up to €50, whichever exceeds this amount will be borne by the guest.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
