Excellent location. Easy walk into town for restaurants and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable. Great shower, although you need to bring your own soap and shampoo. Washer/dryer unit available. Very comfortable beds with nice cozy comforter. Parking next to the house is tight but doable. Good to have it on site and off the road. Great communication with hosts who are super helpful with any questions or restaurant ideas. Really a fantastic place! Definitely would stay here again.
The Coach House was perfect for our short stay in Wales. The property was spotless and had everything you need. It's a short walk to town where there are a few really nice restaurants and pubs! Communication with Fernanda and Julian was great when we had a small issue with how to use the washer. We would highly recommend!
Gorgeous property, well maintained with a very homely feel. Fantastic and extremely helpful hosts. Would highly recommend if staying in Aberaeron area.
A really amazing house, excellent facilities, beautiful decor, parking and very close to amenities not forgetting the stunning sea view across Aberaeron.Booked for another stay
The Coach House is a great place to stay, being a five minute stroll from the harbour, shops and restaurants. The Coach House is immaculate throughout, and very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again.
An absolutely fabulous property, everything we wanted for a much needed break. Well stocked with all we required, even things I didn't realise I would need. Upside down property which was ideal for us as I have some mobility issues, so was nice & easy on entry to the property with luggage, bathroom requirements ( after a long journey) etc.
Easy 4/5 minutes walk down into the centre. So no need to use the car if you don't want to. The people of Aberaeron are so lovely & welcoming & make you feel welcome wherever you go. The owners were so easy to contact, Fernanda was so helpful & they couldn't do enough for us. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
Only one negative. Aberaeron has been having a lot of sea defence work done & unfortunately the entire front was somewhat spoiled with access very poor. Also this impacted on a number of restaurants etc. I've been informed that the work is due to finish within a few weeks & will be fully up & running again before the summer season starts. This didn't impact too much on our stay, we travelled to lots of other areas within Ceredigion ( a beautiful coast) & we will definitely go back & experience Aberaeron at its best. Thank you
My husband and I stayed for 15 nights in Coach House, as we had business dealings in the nearby town of Lampeter.
Coach House became our home away from home, and Fernanda and Julian were wonderful hosts.
The house is very comfortable for two adults, and a young family would do well, also. Just be aware there is one flight of stairs.
The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, with everything you need, including an iron and ironing board, dishwasher and clothes washer.
The shower has a rain showerhead, which is great.
The town is a very quick and easy walk from the cottage.
Fernanda and Julian were exceptional hosts, making sure we were well looked after for our entire stay.
We hope to take advantage of their hospitality again someday.
I highly recommend Coach House.
The coach house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 3 day visit. Located in the town but away from the noise which was perfect. A short walk to the harbour and shops with some really good restaurants. A beautiful National Trust property, Llanerchaeron, is a short drive away and worth a visit (Wed - Sun). This property & itâs hosts are highly recommended.
