This delightful property, complete with a hot tub, is situated in the desirable residential area of Carlos Park. Its location is perfect, just a five-minute stroll to the stunning seafront promenade that leads to Playa Blanca town centre and beyond.
The interior of the property boasts a welcoming living room with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV featuring satellite channels such as BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, and Sky. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available. The living room leads out to the outside terrace where the hot tub is located. The kitchen is adjacent to the hallway and includes a breakfast bar with seating for the living room. It has all the necessary amenities for a self-catering holiday, such as a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. The kitchen also provides direct access to the shaded Al Fresco dining area and utility area.
The property offers two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and plenty of wardrobe space. Patio doors lead out to the outside terrace and hot tub. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a WC, a bath with a shower over it, a curtain rail, and a single washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, WC, twin washbasins with a vanity mirror and lighting.
The exterior of the property is spacious, featuring plenty of seating, a shaded Al Fresco dining area, and sunbeds for two. The four-seater hot tub is located directly outside the master bedroom, offering distant views of the ocean and Fuerteventura Island - a perfect setting for enjoying a drink during the day or evening.
The location of Carlos Park is ideal, with easy walking access to the seafront promenade that stretches from Faro Park, lighthouse area to Marina Rubicon and beyond to the beautiful Papagayo Beaches. Playa Blanca was once a simple fishing village, but it has now grown into a thriving and popular resort, ideal for families and couples seeking a relaxing time on the beaches or wandering around the promenade for some shopping. The resort offers an abundance of self-catering villas and bungalows, with no shortage of restaurants to choose from. If you feel adventurous, you can take a ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, which takes only twenty minutes.
There are efficient taxi and bus services that are inexpensive, allowing you to explore further areas if you decide not to hire a car. Nearby parking spaces are available for Carlos Park.
