SituĂ© au cƓur de la vieille ville, le quartier de Grassmarket change avec les diffĂ©rentes heures de la journĂ©e. Du cafĂ© cosmopolite Ă  la vie nocturne animĂ©e, vous ne serez jamais trop loin des lieux d’action et des lieux Ă  visiter. Toutes les principales attractions touristiques sont facilement accessibles Ă  pied.
L'appartement est au troisiÚme étage (en haut) et est confortable et chaleureux. Nous n'acceptons pas les nuits d'enterrement de vie de garçon / jeune fille ni les grands groupes d'invités.

nous avons adoré l'appartement, trÚs bien agencé, de grands espaces, bien situé, pratique. la cours intérieure par contre est trÚs encombrée de poubelles et la nuit de rats... pas rassurant quand vous rentrez tard.

Ideal situation for visiting

Clean, comfortable flat in an old building on the 3rd floor without lift. Lots of charm and ideally located for all possible visits.

A wonderful place in a great location! My son and I had a great stay. Spacious and lovely.Walking distance to everything. Only caveat—stairs are narrow and winding to the top floor, so be warned if you have mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage. Also looks down on the big party area, so very boisterous folks on weekend nights and you can hear noise of happy revelers. Neither of these things bothered us at all, just FYI if you are sensitive to such things.

Great location!We went to the Farmers Market nearby on Saturday morning. Lovely. Went to see the Andy Goldsworthy show at the National Academy. Fantastic. Only there until Nov 2. Go see it!

Amazing property and location, we stayed with our son during the Fringe Festival and the location was in the middle of everything and made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Fantastic property and unbeatable location. We enjoyed being close to shops and dining without the chaos of staying on the Royal Mile. Would absolutely stay here again. The flat is spotlessly clean and is furnished with everything you could possibly need.

The flat is beautiful and the location is great. However, behind the flat there is a large garbage and storage area used by the restaurants, which caused a lot of noise at night and kept us from sleeping on several occasions. The restaurant staff are also not very strict about keeping the gate locked, which led to people blocking the stairs and smoking and drinking in front of the entrance. This is not acceptable given the price paid for the flat. The check-in process was quite easy, although we had some trouble finding the parking spot with the map provided.

Graduation weekend

Fabulous two night stay to celebrate our daughter’s university graduation. Derek, our host, was incredibly helpful and we loved this two bed apartment with views over historic Grassmarket. We ate out but the kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. The location is bustling and can be noisy at night but worth it for being in such an iconic part of Old Town.

Great location

Two days in Edenburgh and this was the best location. Close to the castle and numerous shops, restaurants, and bars! Accommodations were perfect for family of four. Would recommend and would stay again! Listing is accurate in that the stairs can be tricky with large luggage as it is three flights up a winding stairway. We managed with our carryons and backpacks.

Convenient, clean, centrally located and comfy

My wife and daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. The layout gave privacy while having a large size living room for us together as a family in the evenings. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The location is incredible both for convenience as well as people watching while sitting on the window seat in the living room. Noise from the bar behind was noticeable as other reviews have been but was not so bad as to keep us from sleeping. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Grassmarket Flat

Interesting and comfortable stay at this location. Great for walking to interesting tourist sites and all the special hidden treasures of the area. Flat was beautiful and a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Lots of eating options close by.

Such a great location!

I was happy to pay a little more and stay so close to the action in Grassmarket. We had to use UBer /taxi very little because we could just easily walk to everything. And, it was so fun to look out the windows and think about all the history in that spot. I highly recommend!

A great home base to make memories in Edinburgh! Loved the location and the people watching! The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The hosts were responsive and gracious, It was loud on Friday night until 11 pm with music from the patio at the restaurant next door - didn’t bother us as some of us were up and the ones sleeping were so tired and sleep with white noise anyway.

You maybe interested in on of our other apartments at Lawnmarket, Advocates Close (overlooking High Street) and 166 High Street.
