Villa Bella awaits you in a quiet position in Manerba del Garda with a beautiful private pool shared by only 8 units. This is a holiday home on two levels, furnished with taste. Suitable for couples but also for a large family.

On the ground floor, in the large, light-flooded living room with a large panoramic window and lake view, we find the fully equipped, integrated kitchen. From here you have direct access to the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs. On the terrace there is also a grill, 2 comfortable sun loungers and 2 deck chairs. In the nice garden, fenced by hedges, you can sunbathe in peace and quiet. You will find the right atmosphere to relax with a good book or have a barbecue with friends. The house offers 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom with a bunk bed and two bedrooms each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has access to the upper terrace with a partial lake view. A bathroom with shower can be found on the first floor and a guest bathroom is on the ground floor.

You can park your car in the large, private single garage. The garage also offers enough space for bicycles. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Villa Bella not only offers the opportunity to relax, but is also an ideal starting point for the nearby cities of Salò, Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione or the most beautiful cultural cities such as Brescia (35 km), Verona (55 km), Mantua (70 km), Milan (130 km ) and Venice (165 km).

Numerous sporting activities can be undertaken, such as trekking, golf, mountain biking, cycling, Nordic walking, diving or paragliding. The area is simply ideal to enjoy a relaxing and fun holiday.
