Luxury Villa for 6 with Sea View

It is a sheltered villa with a private pool located in Kalkan Lavanta Houses. In our villa, which has a quality architecture, the furniture is designed in a pleasant and comfortable way. Our villa, which has 3 bedrooms, provides accommodation for 6 people. Our villa, which is close to the center and has a full sea view, is a very suitable option for crowded families and groups of friends.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a desk. The second bedroom has a single bed and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, sitting group and bathroom. In the living room, there is a kitchen, a sitting group, a dining table, a TV, WC and air conditioning.
We also have a bathroom at the entrance.
Note: The L sofa in the living room is quite wide and allows one person to lie down. We have a baby park bed and a high chair in our house.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
