All the apartment private including own front door and private rear access into the garden and kitchen room

Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother/microwaveable milk jug

Fully equipped for families inc cot with mattress, sheet and baby sleeping bag. High chair, baby toys and books, children’s cutlery and crockery and washable bib. There is also a bath that can be sat in the shower to bath children 0-3. I have a step for toddlers to climb to the toilet and sink, and a potty for those out of nappies (stored in bathroom behind toilet/main wardrobe/small wardrobe)

In cold weather, logs etc will be set up for a fire if required and more supplies left in the tv unit. A guard is under the hall stairs cupboard. Equipment left for clearing up

Extra bed blankets are available in the main bedroom wardrobe.

Speakers in lounge for music, easily plug into headphone jack or Apple phone.
