Grassland meets city in this newly designed modern and unique property. Nijar rests in the heart of the Almagro neighborhood, a prime location for museums, monuments, and all things culture. Once done exploring the marvelous sights in the surrounding neighborhood, come home to Nijar to experience unique design.

Nijar offers comfort and style within its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, guests will find 3 queen-sized beds. The master bedroom is flooded with natural light and includes a dedicated workstation. The two other cozy bedrooms are adorned with wooden accents, reminiscent of the grassland. With bathroom envy in the highest sense of the term, Nijar includes a grandiose porcelain tub.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen area gives the place an open feel. Notice the abstract artwork behind the couch tying the room together. The dining table seats six and has a woven light fixture above it. And finally, the kitchen is fully kitted out and decorated stylishly. The space also includes a second dedicated workstation for remote working.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
