The townhouse is located in the south of Tenerife, in the most calm and relaxed environment of the whole island, La Caleta.
We will be waiting for you to check you in, do a tour of the villa and
explain everything there is to know for a smooth, relaxing transition.
The villa:
GROUND FLOOR:
At the ground floor you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the entire year at 28 degrees, terrace, a big bedroom and a smaller bedroom, which leads directly to the terrace, a bathroom and, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and everything you need to keep the place clean.
FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor we have another big bedroom with it's own terrace where you can enjoy the sunset, while laying in one of the newly bought sunbeds, a dressing and a bathroom with a shower and a bath for an ultimate relaxing feeling.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES :
* Perfect Wi-fi connection throughout the villa, ideal for businesses who can work remotely.
* Air conditioning
* Two times a week pool maintenance
* High chairs and cots with linen for free for the small guests.
* Courtesy room for early check-in or late check-out.
* We do not charge extra for anything.

The villa is located in the south of Tenerife in La Caleta. It is a quiet residential area, offering peace and tranquillity for your stay, Only a 15 minute walk from , shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, a 2 minute walk from the Costa Adeje Golf and a 10 minute walk from the Tenerife Top Training sports center.
