Outside, a covered porch furnished with table and chairs invites you to enjoy moments together, from breakfast to barbecue parties in the convenient barbecue area. The private pool is the real fun spot for both adults and children, ideal for joyful games and carefree moments at sunset. Its location is also a strong point, allowing easy access to Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, and Orvieto—villages rich in history, stunning landscapes, and flavors.
Set on two levels, the farmhouse’s ground floor hosts a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with shower), a bathroom with shower and laundry area and a bathroom with shower accessible for people with disabilities. Two separate internal entrances lead to the first floor, divided into two sleeping areas. The first includes a double bedroom with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second area consists of a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a relaxation area with sofa and TV. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance.

- Heating: metered on consumption up to the market’s rates;
- Extra cleaning during vacation: € 15 per hour, 3 hours minimum;
