Spacious and modern apartment located in the center of the city. Just 2 minutes away from the old town of Córdoba, it gives you the opportunity to explore the city on foot.

The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other two with individual bed. It also has two bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Living room with terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay.

It has Free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. A wide parking space included in the Building.

Ideal for sightseeing, 550 meters away from the Mosque-Cathedral, will allow you to rest and enjoy the tranquility of the area, as well as the main monuments of the city, tourist attractions and gastronomic and cultural offers of Córdoba, without the need for a car or public transport.

**ELECTRONIC LOCK ACCESS**: We have an automatic check-in system, so you don't have to worry about arrival time. Through a mobile application, which is sent prior to your arrival, you can comfortably access the apartment.

Exploring Cordoba

We had a lovely time at this property. It was the perfect location to walk to everything that we wanted to see in Cordoba. There was plenty of room for our family group of 6 and communication was easy. Would stay again if we were back in the area.

Brilliant position

Delightful area with all the local shops and right next to the city wall. Flat itself spacious and clean but basic level of furniture and kitchen equipment. Automated key entry worked extremely well. Well equipped bathrooms with bath and 2 showers.

Ideal Location

Ideal location to facilitate walking throughout the historic district of Cordoba. A variety of markets, bakeries and restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for your visit to this beautiful city.

Great place. Kitchen is pretty spare - we would have appreciated a kettle and a non-serrated knife. Be careful sitting on the toilet seat - it’s got a tiny crack that pinches!

Cordoba

This property is ideally located to easily walk to the main tourist attractions in Cordoba. There is a grocery store across the street, a pharmacy across from that, a fruit market and many other little shops for essentials. There are a number of fine restaurants nearby and it is an easy walk to all the historical sites that are fascinating. It is in a safe area and has a comfortable feel to it. The property itself features underground parking if you have a car...which is not necessary. It has 2 large bedrooms and two smaller ones. There are two bathrooms as well. The booking staff were extremely helpful as we did not understand all of the things we had to do.

Cordoba vacation stay

GREAT location and very spacious. Actual check in through host was very easy. Only gave less stars because when we arrived at 4:15pm for our 2pm checkin the cleaning crew was still there and not ready for us. They allowed us to leave our luggage and we came back about an hour later. Immaculately clean once we finally got in. Very quiet as well. The air conditioning did not work at all and it was unusually hot for this time of year but I felt like this was probably because guests had not notified host of this problem previously and would be an easy fix. This apartment had everything you could need...spacious bedrooms, very clean, large living room area, washer and dryer and all in a perfect location.

A slummy place

Furniture looks like from the 1950s, some scratched, some broken. One of the toilet seats was broken, one of our group got hurt. Weak wifi, poorly equipped kitchen. The windows of three out of four bedrooms look into a cement shaft. The shower has no curtain, flooding the floor every time. Hot water lasts just a short time. The only trash basket is in the kitchen, carry your sanitary junk there. No paper towels, not enough toilet paper (1-ply!). They charge a high price for closeness to the old city but the apartment is cheap and depressing. Worst VRBO stay ever.

Very clean and host is always available

The beds are very comfortable. Several pillow options. No heavy laundry product/chemical/fragrance noted in linens. Ample toilet paper. The apt complex is clean and quiet as was the apt. The host is extremely helpful, kind and always available. The electronic door key opener is slick! It was my first time using one. You know you're on the wrong or correct floor because you can hear it click. Our first time in Spain so learning curve on numbered levels of floors; 2 might be 3. No shower curtain in bathroom with beige tub but worked out since only 2 of us and we used standing shower. Larger group may need to inquire. Lovely neighborhood with ease of walking to restaurants, etc. A lovely stay overall.Please note helpful tips: Parking is hard to find so get that straightened out first since it will be easier to drop off your bags. Courtyard gate swings open freely. Electronic key needed for building and apt as stated in listing. Don't leave keys on table then depart because you'll need that elevator key to gain access to parking. Load car then run back into apt and leave keys on table. (Elevator only goes to main level not below without key as stated in listing.)

Don’t expect all comforts as at home

This place was a great location. It had a remote check-in and were able to check in early, which was a bonus. The apartment was very roomy, with all 4 of us having our own BR. We did have issues related to not enough toilet paper, hot water, kitchen accessories and garbage cans/bags. When the 4 of us arrived there was only 1 garbage can. The apartment has 4 BR, living room, kitchen and 2 baths. There were no extra garbage bags. I contacted the host, who reassured me that the maintenance team would address the issue. We never received any extra bags/garbage cans. The kitchen was minimally stocked. We didn’t cook much, as the basic items needed were not available. No pizza cutter, no strainer, no hot pads. Limited number of pots, pans and silverware. When my daughter attempted to take a shower, there was no hot water. We were told that not everyone could take a shower all at once. That was obvious to us, and had not been the case. I believe the water heater only held 50 liters. Not a lot for 4 people. Also on arrival, there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in the whole house. That was not enough for 4 people for 3 days. They were tiny rolls. Not big like at home. We were told “The maintenance team tells me that they have left the supply of toilet paper and garbage bags that the accommodation requires and even a little more.” They told us to buy more if we run out. Not the best customer service.

Muy buen sitio

El apartamento está muy bien situado, con una plaza de garaje grande. Tiene cuatro habitaciones con dos baños, y los espacios son grandes. Lo mejor es que está pegado a la muralla, salir y ya estás en la judería. Muy cerca de la Mezquita y el alcázar. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
