🏡 The house welcomes you with a spacious open-space living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with a comfortable bunk bed — and two modern and functional bathrooms 🚿.
🚗⬇️ To reach the house from the parking area, you’ll need to climb two medium-sized staircases 🪜🪜.
But don’t worry… it’s absolutely worth it!

Please note that supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies are located far from the property: we recommend using a car 🚘 for any needs.

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we’re available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, there is no food in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, you’ll find paid parking 🅿️ in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
