We are very excited to welcome guests to our stylish garden annexe in beautiful Bosham. It has been recently built and offers a great space for those seeking a short break in Bosham. It sleeps up to 2 guests and is perfect for a couples short getaway. It is just a short stroll to the harbour itself, and only 5 miles from Chichester.
This beautifully decorated annexe offers a large open plan living space overlooking the pretty and well-tended shared garden. Large bifold doors open up to the patio, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal in the warmer months on the patio dining set. The comfortable king sized bed will be made up for your arrival with crisp white hotel style linen, and there is plenty of additional seating with a two seater sofa. There is also a large 80" Smart TV (you will need to use your own log in details for the TV apps).
The sweet dining set with mismatched chairs is perfect for enjoying a cosy breakfast for two and overlooks the patio. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster, kettle and a combination microwave. Please note there is no hob, however, the annexe is located in the heart of Bosham with pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The addition of the discreet desk in the unit beside the TV offers a space for remote working whilst allowing you to hide the work away when it is time to relax!
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
You will have access to the whole annexe, as well as the private terrace area overlooking the garden of the main house. I won't be around in person, however, I have help managing my Airbnb by a local company. The annexe is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with professionally laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, loo roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed, there is a Co-op less than a mile away.
My property is pet friendly. Please read and be sure you can adhere to the Pet section on 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet.
Parking
Is available for one car, and we ask that you park closest to the hedge and do not block the access to the main house.
Check in / Check out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. We may need to levy a charge if you do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of ÂŁ30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
