This amazing apartment boasts a breathtaking view over the lake and the surrounding mountains, modern and functional furniture, a lovely shared swimming pool and a private garage. It is just a few steps from the lido and ferry stop, so you can easily visit all the wonders of the lake. Thanks to its short distance from the famous Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello, it is an ideal location in any season of the year.
The 2-level apartment consists of:
†Living room with a kitchenette, dining table, and sofa bed (sleeps 2) - on the first floor;
†Bedroom with a double bed - on the top floor;
†Bedroom with 2 single beds - on the top floor;
†2 bathrooms (both with a shower) - one on the first floor and one on the top floor;
†Terrace with a seating zone - on the first floor;
†Private large garage - on the ground floor;
