Situated in a brand new hillside residence, boasting all day sunshine, with breathtaking lake and mountain views serving as an unforgettable backdrop, guests can be sure of an unforgettable stay!

The duplex holiday home offers a spacious and luxury home-from-home environment, with a large and inviting mellow beige painted open plan living room, which boasts a high beamed ceiling and is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, a modern working fireplace, a stylish dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette ideal for preparing and cooking delicious home-cooked meals during your holiday.

French doors lead directly out to a splendid sunny lake view balcony terrace, where guests can enjoy relaxing with a good book or a relaxed lunch and romantic evening aperitif, at the ‘alfresco dining’ area provided. The balcony views stretch across the landscaped grounds, the striking communal outdoor swimming pool and towards the beautiful central lake, with its lush mountain scenery and timeless tranquility.

The versatile sleeping accommodation makes this luxury holiday retreat ideal for either a couple’s quiet romantic getaway, family vacation or a two couple vacation.

The spacious master bedroom is elegantly furnished with Italianate pieces and a solid wooden double bed, a wardrobe and wall mounted flat screen TV for guests’ entertainment. A second bedroom complete with a luxury en-suite shower room is situated to the loft floor of the holiday home and is furnished with two single beds and a wall mounted TV; making it ideal for children.

The internal holiday home layout is completed by a principal family bathroom which is newly fitted with a shower.

From the first floor duplex apartment guests can easily reach the communal landscaped garden which boasts a shared outdoor swimming pool and sunny panoramic lake views.

Guests staying here can fully enjoy the freedom which comes from a self-catering stay, with the delightful ‘Agrotursimo’ of ‘La Fagurida’ just a short drive away on the Tremezzo hills as well as the popular restaurants along the town’s vibrant lakefront road and the wine bars of ‘Cantina Follie’ and ‘Aqua Cheta’ to enjoy.

The residence’s central lake location promises guests are within easy reach of Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, the family-friendly Lidos, the car and passenger ferry service at Cadenabbia and also the famous ‘golden triangle’ resort towns. Pictures don’t do justice.

We were very impressed with the home. It was actually much nicer than the pictures which is unusual. Our only issue was that we had difficulty locating the home initially. Google maps wants to put it in two different places and the directions were for driving to the property while we were walking and carry her bags. We finally found it and everything turned out very nicely.

Amazing place!

This rental is AMAZING! Amazing views, very clean, and spacious. It is really hard to get to and a bit further from town than expected. I do not suggest booking without a car. It was a 20 min walk to town straight down hill. The location on the Vrbo site makes the apartment look a little closer to town than it is. The rental is run by Lake Como Holiday, they are very responsive but each time I reached out to them I would get a different answer from someone from the team. I change my reservation from 5 days to 2 days, needed a refund, and asked for early check in. With each question I got a completely different answer. They kept telling me to contact the property managers and never got a response from them. Other than that, it is a great home with a beautiful view! If you have a car, checking in and out exactly when they have check in and check out time, it’s the perfect place!

Dear All, Just to say many thanks for your first class accommodation in Tremezzo. The standard of the appt was even better than the property description and the air conditioning very welcome after a day on the Lake. The Pool was kept immaculately clean on a regular basis, and as all appts were not occupied we had full use of the facilities. The appt layout was also ideal, and the upstairs room perfect for the kids. We loved the area, and particularly enjoyed our visits to Bellagio and Varena. We also visited Como and went up the Funicular Railway which was great. I attach some photographs, some of which were taken at the villa. We went to the welcome session at Mennagio on the Sunday afternoon, and found this to be very informative and picked up some good tips. I would like to say that I have been very impressed by the whole booking process, the amount of detailed information you have supplied, even advising on the best route from the airport etc. I also think that the appartment was good value. So thanks once again for a great holiday and hope that you find our comments constructive.

Wonderful views and place

A very lovely place in a gorgeous town! Very roomy with the second bedroom and bathroom in a loft. All the amenities one would need. You can walk to town but hike up will take you a bit; great restaurants and the ferry right down the hill. Views were spectacular, we had pizza and wine on our deck table the final night!

June 2017 This was a well furnished apartment in a lovely setting. Our stay was very comfortable and the air conditioning was appreciated as we had outside temperatures of 36 degrees. The pool is a good size and we were able to take full advantage of it. The welcome pack was also very acceptable. The information supplied prior to arrival was clear and the directions to the property from Tremezzo could not be faulted. (It would be helpful to add a note stating that when travelling from Como you should follow the written directions and not rely on Sat Nav.) We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Tremezzo which is a great location for exploring the central lake area. David, UK

wie immer ging der U Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in Ihrem Land und der Region rund um den Comersee. Auch die Unterkunft war ansprechend. Wir wĂŒrden uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in der Einrichtung einen Tisch vor der Couch wĂŒnschen, damit es noch eine gemĂŒtlichere AtmosphĂ€re ergebe. Auch an dem sehr schönen Pool wĂŒrden ein paar Liegen das Ganze noch angenehmer gestalten. Ein wenig Informationsmaterial zu möglichen AusflĂŒgen wĂ€re toll gewesen. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt und werden sicherlich nochmals diese herrliche Landschaft besuchen. Die Betreuung durch Ihr Team war im Vorfeld prima. The apartment and grounds were lovely and we were very happy with the quality of all the fixtures and fittings that were supplied in apartment 7 and the pool when it was warm enough to use was fantastic. Out of all the towns/villages that we visited we found that Varenna was lovely and the walk up to the castle although long and hard was well worth the effort. We also enjoyed the cable car up to Argegno up to the top from where we embarked on the fairly challenging 3 hour walk back down through the woods and farmland back to Ossucio.
