Mill House Cottage is situated just a mile outside the small market town of Brampton. The town has a food hall, cafes, pubs, takeaways, and a regular market. There are plenty of picturesque walks locally and the area is the perfect base to explore Cumbria, the North Lakes, and Solway Coast; all of which are less than an hour's drive from the Cottage. Historic Carlisle is a 20-minute drive, ideal for a day of shopping, dining out, or exploring the Tullie Museum and Carlisle Castle.

The cosy cottage with hot tub is situated in the pretty surroundings of the Trout Fishing Park and looks out over the lake. An ideal location for keen fly fishers, families or couples looking for an "away from it all" escape. There is a children's play area on site and giant games as well as a Fairy Trail and animals to pet. You may even catch your first fish!

The upside down accommodation comprises entrance hall leading to: First floor open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area with electric heating, comfy sofa, TV with DVD and Wi-Fi. Dining area. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility cupboard. Electric underfloor heating in the bathroom and entrance hall.

Steep stairs down to ground floor: Two double bedrooms both with super king-size beds which can convert to twin beds on request.

All bed linen, towels and dressing gowns (adult only) are included. Private parking for 1 car by the property, with additional parking by the lake. Small garden with table and chairs, and a BBQ- ideal for alfresco dining. Decked area with jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the lake. Dogs are welcome (max 2) at an additional cost and must be kept on a lead at all times.
