Thiswonderful villais located on a little hill, offering splendid views of the surroundings. The house features an outdoor swimming pool, a wonderful, lush, green garden and the sun terrace perfect for all of you who enjoy the sunshine. The 175 sqm house is perfect for a party of 6, since it disposes with three bedrooms and es-suite bathrooms but can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The villa is a typical example of Istrian traditional architecture, a stone house with blue window shades, and antique furniture in the interior. The heritage lovers will love the stone walls on the inside, while the contemporary white kitchen will satisfy your needs for modern luxuries. The large glass surfaces in the entire villa allow the sunlight to go inside, and in case you want to keep it outside, the lovely drapes are there for you.
Krbune is a lovely little village in central Istria founded in the Middle Ages. Today it has not more than 50 inhabitants, even though it had over 750 before the Second World War. It is a place filled with traditional Istrian houses and surrounded with intact nature, so it is an ideal place if you want to relax and rest from the modern world.

The beautiful national park Brijuni is a must destination and be sure you visit the site with dinosaurs' footprints; you will love it!
